The thing to bear in mind is that Ubiquinol is much better absorbed with fats or oils, so it's worth taking it in conjunction with these kinds of food items. It is also important to Kaneka Ubiquinol, the best form of it. I say they seems to be doing the job because the effect of Ubiquinol may not be obvious to people considering it plays a key role in the production of cellular energy in your body, this becomes less efficient the older we get. Ubiquinol helps every organ in your body and helps to prevent damage caused by oxidative stress, and gives your organs energy to function properly. I say the above as some people might think it's doing nothing, but if a supplement works on a cellular level, the results may not be obvious. I will continue to take Ubiquinol as I value energy being provided to my cells, and considering I am in my mid 40's.

Felt an extremely difference to other high priced brands, look into testing channels on YouTube, some have nothing in them, always look for 3rd party testing, this is still not reliable unfortunately, ask the seller on Amazon for latest report, must be certified less than 4 months old or avoid, too many sellers do this then sell on the Company, and restart sadly Amazon doesn't police this well enough imo, so the richest food sources of co q 10 are organic strawberries

Llegó en el tiempo establecido y todo ok. Las cápsulas son cómodas de tragar. Al ser de 100mb se puede dosificar (100, 200 o 300mg según la edad). Todo correcto.

El envío fue inmediato y llegaron muy bien precintados. Pero llevo tomandolas 15 días y me dan efectos secundarios. Se me inflama el abdomen y me producen diarrea. Ahora las tomo con un buen desayuno,pero solo he conseguido reducir un poco los síntomas. Que puedo hacer para que no me afecten tanto? Pues me interesa seguir tomandolas....

Ha llegado todo correcto tal como indica en la info. Todo muy rapido y estaba bien sellado. Las asimilo bien y no me produce ningún síntoma secundario ni nada.
