This is great for recording track sessions!
I bought this to hold my phone for video recording of my track sessions. Since we run with the windows down, I need it be hold my phone securely so that it does not come loose and fly around the cabin when I'm at speed or out of the open windows. I ended up liking it mounted from my sunroof so that the perspective is more interesting and this mount had no problem hanging from that either. It holds my phone securely and stable. This was recommended to me by a buddy and I also will give my recommendation for this product.

Apex Pro Motorsport Phone Mount
The Apex Pro mount worked very well. It securely held my phone during a recent AutoX event with no issues. It has a great suction cup mount and a precise screw clamp for the phone. It helped take good video and kept the phone in place while using the Apex Pro app to gather data.

Bolt is loose and falls out
Product is useless at this point. The bolt that is used to adjust for phone size is to small and falls out. Edit they reached out and sending a new peice!

Missing 1 of the 2 mounts purchased
I'm missing my product. Only received 1 of 2 mount and was needed for a trackday this Saturday. Please assist

Too big for C6 Corvette windshield
Unfortunately, it is too bulky for a C6 Corvette windshield. It creates too big of a blind spot. Seems pretty stable, but it felt like the phone wiggles a bit. My phone doesn’t have image stabilization, so my test video was shaky when I tapped on the phone. I can only imagine how much it would vibrate on track at speed. I suppose it’s great if you have the room and your phone is newer with image stabilization. Also, how about including some instructions? Took me a few minutes to figure out how the suction cup works.

The best Motorsport Phone holder
my race day was captured perfectly with this mount. installed it, let it settle in for an hour, no concern for any movement or coming undone. simply the best i've found

Really holds cell phone to windshield
Used this for 1st track days. Did not want my phone flying out of the car (windows down). Only issue is the turn knob was slightly loose on one run and the phone/camera turned 90 degrees when I hard turned to the right. I tightened after that session and all was good.

Very Solid
Extremely happy with this mount. Works perfect for recording racing videos, dragy videos etc... The suction cup is VERY stout. Highly recommend
