We have a two story home. This works perfectly for us with an elderly individual needing to contact us for help being mobile. Very easy to use and set up.

Battery fully charged only holds less then a day, sound quality is terrible. Connecting the 2 devices doesn't stay connected it drops. They are worse than cheap walkie talkies.

These are a pair of pretty good intercoms. They charge pretty quickly and have a small stand that they sit in.The range is pretty good, even in a large house.Complaints: The intercoms fit so snugly in the base, it has to be removed with two hands. Also, every so often, the intercom makes a cue sound, like someone is trying to speak over the intercom. I realize this can be interference, but it happens at least once or twice an hour.If you can deal with that, great pair of headphones.

The buttons are right together so if its hard to see lack of light she turned it off when trying to use it

Instructions didn’t match this unit. It has several different colored lights which are not described.Having some difficulty getting units in sinc.

Just did not like the unit so refurned for refund

Hello, we received the intercom system in excellent condition. The set up was easy with the included instructions. The system works well; we have one handheld unit downstairs, and the other handheld unit upstairs. We are very pleased with this purchase!

China made. No battery life indicator. No Chargers included. Not worth 54$

Die Geräte funktionierten sehr gut. Leider ist seid dem Kauf noch kein Jahr vergangen und nun reagieren sie nicht mehr immer oder lassen sich auch nicht aufladen. Gibt es da keine Garantie?Wir nutzen diese für die "Tafel" um die Kunden aufzurufen und hoffe auf Hilfe seitens des Verkäufers

Based on Price thought I was getting a decent product but they are sadly sub standard, Instruction sheet in German not English....one unit over heated after less than a week use, and melted the plastic on docking station then failed....inferior batteries used so avoid at all costs.... Item returned through the excellent Amazon Service.

handlich .. leider noch zuviele nicht verteckbare knöpfe ..die zb. ein Senior versehentlich verstellen kann .und so keine Verbindung hat ... sehr sehr kleine reichweite nur..und beim ersten Fall lösten sich schon erste teile .. es klappert innen aber funktioniert noch ...es hat viele kanäle ..und sehr Laute und viele Klingeltöne .. ohne Kabelbenötigt werden 2 C Kabel.

Das Gerät ist totaler Schrott, und Bedienbarkeit, Akkulaufzeit sowie Tonqualität Note 6. Für Kinder und Senioren nicht geeignet, da Tastensperre fehlt.Totale Fehlkonstruktion, die aus Verkehr gezogen gehört. Stattdessen hab ich jetzt das T 62 von Motorola, das um Welten besser ist.
