Works as it should. If you plan on just switching the key portion of the old fob to the new one it will not work. If you have steady hands and a dremel tool you can make it work! I did and I didn't have to pay to have the new ones cut.

You need a Gap IID tool (which is pricy but a must have if u own a Sport or LR3) to program the remote. I doubt the dealer will do it for u. The batteries in these only last about 6 months and the replacement batteries cost about as much as these do and you have to unsolder and resolder them in which isn’t easy so I just keep buying Thea and take swap the chips out and program them with the GAP IID. Most hardware stores give you a hard time about cutting the keys so easier to swap out the chips. If u still have the original FOB they are glued together so you have to pry them open to swap the chips, all these replacements have a screw that secures.

Does not fit Land Rover Range Rover. metal shaft is too narrow. Had to return,

Works with Range Rover Sport not AK90+ original, will need a different key for use with that device.

Seems to lose the programming Ok

Cannot be programmed for range rover HSE. Can be used to open doors. But not to turn on ignition.

I purchased 2 of these and only 1 worked. Can’t return out because the window closed and I was delayed in getting the keys programmed due to family medical emergency involving heart procedure.
