Good cup and looks very nice. Blends in with my office just about perfectly. But the seal underneath the top of the cup came apart after just a couple of weeks. It only affects one side of the cup, so now I have to drink south-paw. I'm partially ambidexterous so no biggy for me, but I could see that being a deal-breaker for others. If I replace it, I'll likely just re-order another and try to be more gentle with it as I don't think I will find another that quite fits the style I'm looking for as nicely as this one does.

This would probably suit someone who just wants something cheap and cheerful but it is not a good mug at all. If you put a hot drink in it, the cup expands and the lid does not seal to the rim. It does keep the drink hot for a reasonable amount of time but I have ended up binning mine as I could not get rid of the taste of plastic. I even tried leaving tea in it to coat the interior with tanning in the hope that a layer against the plastic would help. It didn't. Also, there is no hole in the lid to allow air intake so you cannot drink out of it but pour the liquid into your mouth. Not good if it is a hot drink and I burned myself a few times. Finally, the handle is really flimsy and bendy and I did not feel safe drinking from the mug while holding onto the handle.Do yourself a favour and purchase a metal one and spend a little more money.

Product is satisfactory but can't get it completely watertight. It leaks at certain angles of drinking. There's a knack....

looks Ok but almost impossible to clean without getting water trapped between inner and outer shell ...... which then dribbles out when you attempt to drink from it..... went in the bin after a week.

The mugs very nice, keep the coffee hot enough to drink it. The handle is flexible enough to clip over the steel tubing of the arm of my wheelchair. So I am no longer place a mug on my lap.

Not worth it, isn't supposed to leak but does - I would have returned it without the hassle it brings. Cup is okay in itself though!

Great product used for teacher gifts came directly
