Argh Garmin!
You don't get a great deal for your money but I knew what I was paying for.I got 2 bike mounts, two sets of o-rings to attach the mount to the bike, and the watch back for the 310XT. There's a handy little watch pin removal tool included. What really got on my nerves though, is the requirement for the world's smallest screwdriver to attach the watch strap to the watch back. I can't understand why Garmin would include a pin-removal tool but not a screwdriver.I have plenty of small screwdrivers at home, but nothing as ludicrously small as the screws required to fit the strap. Took me an hour to fit the damn thing because I had to go through every toolbox and drawer in the house to find one that would do the trick. I still haven't found one small enough to really tighten the screws up.

It also comes with two attachments so both bikes now have an easy to use mount
Fairly simply to change watch to a handlebar mounted device which makes it far more usable for cycling and if you still want to use it as a watch then it comes with a mount to place between the otherwise redundant watch straps. It also comes with two attachments so both bikes now have an easy to use mount. However the already bulky watch sits even higher on your wrist, which may bother some.My only real criticism is that this would be nice to be with watch when you buy it. But as it's aimed at triathletes they'd keep it on their wrist. But it's a great device even if you just cycle.

Bought this as the strap snapped on my 310XT and there was no way of putting it back on. Saw a video on YouTube of someone using the mount instead of having to replace the entire watch. Followed that and now I can wear my watch again (even though it has a little bit of extra height now).Little bit of force needed to twist it off the mounting base to get to the charging points.

Bought this so I could secure my Garmin to the handlebars of my bike. The buckle on the strap kept distorting causing the watch to come loose. This was easy to fit and makes taking the watch off the bike much easier. Liked the fact it has two fittings so I can leave one on each bike.

Good product
Bought this after I broke the strap on 310xt, and mainly used for cycling. Saved me £££'s as I didn't have to buy expensive gps cycling computer.

Easy to use
Installation takes about ten minutes. The plastic seems of high quality and fairly durable. it's easy to remove from the wrist mount and transfer to the bike mount which makes it ideal for duathlons. as others have commented, it does sit a little higher on your wrist when running, but you just get used to it and the ease of use on the bike more than makes up for it.

Acceptable
Bike mount is excellent. Watch gets a bit uncomfortable with the bracket on if you go a notch to loose as it makes it bulky. The fitting of the base to the watch is a bit of a faff but worth it as it does feel solid. With two bases included I have one on my road and tt bikes for easy switching.
