Less dry skin
I am very happy with this product, although I had some shipping issues. The product itself is very creamy, if it has a scent it’s almost nonexistent, which I think is a good thing, and I think my skin is less dry from using it. However it was sent to me in a box with a bag of French’s Crunchy Onions. There was obviously a lot of moving in the box and my French onions got crushed by the bottle. I’m not even gonna go into how the same order went to my sister‘s house before I got this order and that bottle broke. The app changed my default address and I had to change it back. I confess I’m not going to be shocked if this review is turned away.

Disappointed
I was so excited to try this and I was so disappointed when i received it. My product came used and there is NO SMELL! I got the lotion too. It’s very faint.. save yourself the money. Don’t bother buying it.

Broken pump
I was so excited to try my new body wash but no matter what I did, the pump does not work. I’m disappointed after spending 30 from a brand i love to not have the bottle work

The smell is exquisite.
I’m in love with this fragrance. I bought the shower gel soap as a way to layer this fragrance and make it last throughout the day. The only complain I have is that the pumper doesn’t work. I’ve tried and tried to get it to work. No luck. Taking the cap on and off everyday is a pain. I love the smell so much I’ll deal with it.

Pump not pumping
It leaked in box because Packaging was not taken seriously. It had a hardware store sticker around the pump spout in a box. Tried to salvage what I could; got in shower and the pump does not work! This process becomes wasteful due to unnecessary spillage of a product that I would not say is cheap. Honestly can't enjoy the product over the frustration I have with trying to use it! Yes, I know I can change the bottle and that may have to happen after I am in the mood to do so. ..... I still lose even more product.
