Q: Do the end panels swing out at all or only in for storage?

They close in for storage and fold out at a 90 degree for use

Q: How many inches are the stabilizing feet on the front of the gate?

I’m guessing 6 inches. Gate is stable, but our dogs kept collapsing the hinged side sections so I had to insert screws them to lock in place.

Q: I see in the comments someone purchased additional support feet, where can I find these to purchase?

I found the feet as I paged down on the page where the gate is sold. We made the area that the gate fits in a little wider. The gate is sturdy, but the extra legs made it sturdier for my toddler grandchild, since we needed the full width

Q: Where are the institutions? None were in the box or on the box

It was easy to set up. He figure out the width and place the front against the back and put the screws in the appropriate holes. I believe that is how it worked
