Dyson High Torque Drive Brush Head for V11 SV14 SV15 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 970100-05 974720-03

I needed to replace my original Hoover head, which unfortunately broke down. Although it was a bit expensive, it restored my Hoover to its original condition. Since it is an original part, there were no issues with the fit. I just hope it does not break down like the old one did.

Buying direct from Dyson has never been easier. I found this on the Dyson store on Amazon after the Hoover head wasn't in stock on their main site. It's perfect and it's the same exact head for the V15 so it's worth the money and with Prime delivery I wasn't waiting long.

Quality product. Original Product. Comes in a Dyson box. The High Torque text in the image is missing from actual item, however it is the correct item. Dyson direct had none in stock.

Needed to replace the brush head. Did the job.

Excellent. Makes my vac feel new again. Expensive though but prior to purchase I ordered a copy one. It was awful. Sent it straight back. Don’t cut corners when you have a Dyson. Buy Dyson parts.

No problems with product or delivery

Lasted 18 months before one of the roller wheels snapped. Clearly there’s a design flaw as the exact same problem occurred that causing me to purchase this replacement in the first place. Disappointing.

The original head on my v8 animal was for hard floors and unsuitable to clean the carpets. The high torque motorhead was delivered quickly and happy to confirm works very well both on hard surfaces and carpets. I dont' use the former head anymore as this one is adjustable.

Very disappointed with this purchase, the item I received is faulty, the torque motor-head does not spin. It cost me another $58.00 to return the item via post. Not sure why would I/the buyer have to pay for the return postage when a faulty item provided. The local Dyson service Center also advised that there is no warranty or service available for any Dyson item or parts purchase through Amazon. Not recommend to buy this sorts of item from overseas suppliers.
