I’m new to pressure washers and only use mine to wash my cars using a foam cannon. I watched a lot of YouTube videos before buying and remember thinking that the gun and hose that come with the pressure washer can’t be the junk that the guy obsessed with his garage said as he tossed them aside. Well, after hanging my foam cannon at the end of the stock gun/wand I decided to upgrade. So many choices. I didn’t want to go cheap and regret the spend but also didn’t want to get obsessed for the best at $190. I saw a tear down on this one and decided to give it a shot. Using the foam cannon and then washing off the car is much better with the gun only. The active gun is comfortable in my hand, has a solid feel and I never notice the beluga whale looks. Trigger action is good. The swivel quick disconnect gets pretty solid under pressure so don’t think the gun is going to freely swirl hose twists away, but easy enough to turn it. It feels solid and well balanced in hand. I can’t speak to how it does over time but having seen the tear down I expect it to do as well as others even costing more. A great gun that I was able to justify the cost of. I’d say don’t waste the money if you aren’t going to upgrade your hose and at least the connection to the gun as a quick release. Another near must have are replacement nozzles that flow more water and get the pressure down. I went to obsessed for the nozzles and used their chart and am extremely happy with the results, a real game changer. I made a lot of upgrades at once including this gun and am very happy with the results. This gun feels like a solid choice that isn’t too much for an at home user to spring for. If money is no object, go OG obsessed. This feels right there for less than half the price.

Really like this pressure gun. Admittedly, I already had a relatively expensive pressure washer gun from another popular brand that was “pro” and swiveled, but I purchased this one to match the equipment. Not expecting much, It was immediately evident this gun was built much nicer and feels much more sturdy and high-end. It works very well and is comfortable to use.

The swivel works great. Heavy duty and easy to use. Quick connect is super convenient. Highly recommend to wash your car.

Honestly I don't have a world to say on this one its ABSOLUTELY SOLID it's comfy to grip its never going to rust Carode or just for no reason fall apart (you know who you people are) in short this will likely out live every pressure washer you'll ever own;) my one nit pic about this gun is the trigger itself i dislike the on off factor to it there's no real variable flow controll some guns have and some don't we can't all be perfect;) But as solid and well built as even that is I can't complain to loudly score one fore active who seem to be knoking it out of the park with there stuff since they've showed up to the ball game. To sum it up folks.. Weather your the average owner or a paid professional this gun is for you.

It works perfectly, but it is a bit heavy. After a few minutes of use, you really start to feel the weight. Otherwise, the materials, pressure, and performance are perfect.

Loved the packaging, like getting something from Apple. Works perfect and you tell it is high quality. Most expensive handle I have ever bought but won’t cost nearly as much if it lasts for years!

I was expecting better quality engagement of the 1/4” stainless quick connect with my Mosmatic and MTM nozzles, however that was not the case. Which I was surprised because of all the hype around this gun online and on YouTube it didn’t live up to what Active claims about the user experience. I would have to force the nozzles into the gun and manually retract the 1/4” collar to get the nozzles to connect to the gun properly. I never even was able to use the gun with my pressure washer because my initial experience was that bad. I do also have to say once it’s in hand it’s quite ugly looking. My MTM SGS28 1/4” quick connect fitting works a lot better than this gun. I just decided to purchase the OG Spec Mosmatic gun instead of this.
