these work reliably good, light weight, good quality, bright light, magnets stay attached well, water resistant, standard 20 foot wire length that's expected, easy to install, even come with an extra pig tail if you don't have a plug on your truck at all, or that could be used as a short extension, easy to see from both sides, I like that the other side that's facing forward towards the driver has amber lights and can be used as markers during towing for easy reference of where your trailer is by using the mirrors

These light work great! They came a supply plug with plenty of wire. I really needed since the plug on my Jeep was bad. Rewired with new plug and lights worked like a charm. The magnets are very strong and hold well. Would recommend to anyone needing towing lights. Very economically priced!

UPDATE COME TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE LIGHT KIT, FOR IT WAS A BLOWN FUSE FOR THE RUNNING LIGHT,,,,,,,,,,,,,, DISCOVERING IT WAS THE FAULT ON MY END I CHANGE THE RATING TO 5 STARS GREAT QUICK COSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACTED ME WITHIN A FEW DAYS SO IT IS ALL GOOD NOW~ SENT MESSAGE TO sales@maxxhaul.com about the running light not working, twice got kick back "not deliverable" The brake and turn signal works fine Only thing is the running lights are not working. I even put the truck in gear nothing, and put the auto light switch off and on,,, Nothing I also hooked it up to another adaptor same thing NO RUNNING LIGHTS AT ALL During the day is not a problem! just at dark it is a problem so, because of the non-response i give one star!

If you're pulling a lightweight trailer you'll need more than the supplied magnets to hold these lights in place. On a 50 mile expressway trip, we had to stop 5 times to reattach them. Our trailer, dating from the 1970's, is entirely steel construction but is lightweight. Highway bumps can cause our trailer to bounce, and bouncing detaches the lights. The right light on the first magnetic set we bought came loose and was destroyed (dragging on the road) before we noticed. The next set we added line wrapped around the lights and tied to the trailer. That saved the second set from destruction, but we still needed to stop after big bumps to reposition or reattach lights to the fenders. Next time we will use zip ties or similar to secure the lights to the fenders. On a heavier trailer, not subject to bouncing on uneven road surfaces, the magnets MIGHT be sufficient to hold these lights in position. The magnets were definitely NOT sufficient on our steel trailer. Aside from continually falling out of position, the lights worked well. Without the line we added to restrain them, the lights would probably have been destroyed in one relatively short trip.

Used for a tow dolly, worked great, good length and strong magnets. Dead simple

These are perfect for my utility trailer. The magnets are strong and the cord is plenty long. Just plug in and go. But make sure you have them on the correct sides, so that they blink on the same sides,left or right, as your car does.

Hats off to this company.... we used these for 15,000 miles on our towed. They worked ideal and the magnets made the attachment to the roof rack an easy attachment. THEN I noticed one of the red lens's missing. Found the supplier on line and sent them a note to get a replacement, willing to pay for the lens and shipping. They quickly replied with a "sadly you are out of warranty, but the good news is that you are within the GOODWILL period, please send us your address and we will send you a replacement. " Before we got home from our trip, the lens arrived..... Hats off to this company, that's how you do business....

They worked for a bit but stopped working. I’m not sure if it was from the rain or not but for $20 I wasn’t expecting the longevity of expensive lights. It was worth having the peace of mind while we used it.

Had to move a boat and trailer 180 miles and the trailer light harness was badly frayed and it would take too much time to locate problem and fix it in order to have running lights. I ordered these in advance .. delivery was very fast ..installation upon arrival took less then 10 minutes and off I went Strong magnets … I recommend May buy another as a gift item for a friend with a trailer. Works as brake lights, running lights and turn signals. Magnets not strong so you will have to figure out different method to attach like zip ties. They aren’t bright at all so plan on using them at night more than day. Plug them in and go.
