I've had this keyboard for a few hours and it surely looks great and literally has a ton of nice-to-have features but I have also encountered many issues so far.I have lost use of the Windows key a couple of times which could be result of accidentally switching to MacOS mode, the solution I found for that was to simply reset the troublesome profile, there are a total of four on the keyboard. I'll try switching modes next time I lose the key's use.Use of macros is rather difficult because they replace the key's normal use completely so it's a better idea to use another profile dedicated to macros.On the aesthetic side, the lightning suffers some common issues with other RGB keyboards, only the top part of the key is illuminated and the symbols on the bottom part don't get much light and are thus very hard to read, even in the dark.The RGB ring around the base of the keyboard is not very uniform and the option to turn it off doesn't seem to work within the MasterPlus software which configures the keyboard.I will test the keyboard for a while and will update the review if I find more issues.

Receive the Keyboard and the instructions were extremely poor. I have been in touch with the manufacturer numerous times and they only deal with issues through email. I like the key board and finally got it working. However, The keyboard does not have any indication when the cap light is on. Also, I have not been able to get the software working so I cannot use all the functionality. Pretty good design but poor customer service.
