Takes 5 minutes to connect to your MacBook
The adapter takes about 5 min to connect to my MacBook once it is plugged in which is rather annoying. Unfortunately, my return date has already passed. If the supplier is reading this and Is willing to exchange the one I currently have with a fully functional one I would be happy to edit my review. Until then, I would pass on this product as there seem to be better options at this price point.

You literally have to have this positioned in a spot and cant have the wires tug at all or it comes out so easy of your macbook - its very frustrating - I still use it but its hard to use when youre connecting your computer to a projector etc - I would keep your options open - not to mention it goes in and out I have to fidget with it for a while until that little white light stays on - so far this product has been a let down

Not worth the money
constantly goes on/off with minimal movement. [big problem when using external hardrive/usb], hdmi port never even worked at all. also usb get stuck till you have to yank them while holding adapter at angle. you’re better off buying the external adapters, this one sucks.

Compact and works great
I've been using this adapter for 10 months now and it is still working well (Other adapters I have tried have not). It's size makes it convenient to keep in my brief case for travel.

Answers questions Apple missed.
I had a first generation MacBook Air and loved it. I bought the new 2018 version without doing all my homework. After getting it I found out that it only had two Thunderbolt drives which made a number of accessories obsolete. This small light weight device, the Purgo slim adapter put me back in the game. It matches perfectly and began to work immediately after plug in.
