This bed is ok if your on a budgetFirstly it arrived un announced lucky I was in ...When we finally got round to un packing the bed it had a rip in the air sprung mattress....I got intouch with the companyThe lady was helpful and offered some memory foam pillows as compensationWhich I thought was reasonableConsidering it was only a small tare!Then unpacked the pillows when they arrivedAnd they smelt of heavy smokeSo they went striaght into the binSo now Im stuck with the sleepable bed but not sure how long the mattress will hold out ....👎🏿👎🏿Wouldnt recommend!Cutomer service 5The product -2

These beds look far more expensive than they were and add a touch of class in your room. The mattress is exceptional for the money and offer an extremely supportive feel for a good nights sleep. Adam who communicated with me every step of the way for the delivery process gave excellent customer service. I cannot fault this company and product.

This is a fantastic quality product at the right price. Where else could you get a Super King Size divan, mattress and headboard for under £300? Your looking at a grand plus on any high street.The real value here lies in the quality of the mattress it is very deep, with beautiful material for the cover and has a memory foam style top built in and decent springs inside, this is worth the price on its own an incredibly comfortable nights sleep way above my expectations!Slight negative is the bed frame is not the highest quality in the world, staple gunned together cardboard and mdf, however this really is an extra considering the price and unless you inspect it very closely it looks good and does the job, maybe don't let your kids use it as a bouncy castle lol!The headboard like the mattress is fantastic quality and easy to install with good quality fabric that matches the bed and it is the right size for a Super King Bed, I did receive a slightly damaged headboard at first but im no going to deduct a star from the review, simply because the seller can't help what happens in shipping and as soon as I contacted The Sleep Factory LTD the had a new headboard delivered by courier in 3 days and did not request tgr faulty one back.PROS:FANTASTIC MATTRESS & HEADBOARDUNBEATABLE PRICEFREE SHIPPINGGREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (THANKS TO JAMES)CONS:DONT DO SOMERSAULT ON THE BED FRAME LOL VIGOROUS INTIMACY SHOULD BE FINERECOMMENDATION:BUY THIS PRODUCT 5/5

Bought this double bed for my son February 2021 and by April the mattress had dipped in the middle. I couldn’t put the headboard on because there were no holes made on the bed to screw it in. By June the bed base had dipped too! I managed to get a replacement mattress from them but the same thing has happened with the mattress dipping! It was less than a year with these problems. Its not acceptable! Oh also, the delivery driver left the whole bed at the bottom of my stairs without even offering to help bring the base/mattress up to the 1st floor! Didn’t sign anything either! Its lucky I’m a strong girl. Deffo not worth the money AT ALL.

Was very impressed with the speed of delivery under 4 days and with the quality of the product package a king size bed and mattress and headboard for £299.99 was delivered by three very helpful and polite guys who carried it all into our downstairs bedroom found the mattress very good and comfortable and actually better than one I paid £400 separately for a short while ago for my other property only complaint as such was the fixings for the head board were missing so used wood screws n.p

Mattress is average but the base and headboard lack any quality at all. After unwrapping the bases I couldn't see how to join them together (No instructions) - contacted the seller who informed me that the two oddly shaped pieces of plastic should be inserted below the bases 10cm from the edge and if there was no slit in the fabric just make one! Done that but not very stable. Headboard is cheap and tacky, the rear is littered with staples which look like a 5yr old had gone crazy with the staple gun, it will rip your wallpaper if placed against the wall, threw it away and used my old one. On reflection should have just gone for a mattress and kept my old base. Decent mattress similar to this one could have saved me a lot of money.

A very good bed. easy to put base together and a good height. Very comfortable to sleep on not too hard and not too soft. I am a heavy person and I find the bed the most comfortable I have slept in. The only reason that I haven't given it a 5* rating is the headboard was not delivered with it, the company apologised because it should have been and they are sending me one out.

I have been looking for a super king size bed for a while. This bed had hood reviews. And the price seemed to good to be true! I can honestly say this is the most comfortable spacious bed I have ever brought! Well worth the money and quick delivery I deffinately recommend this bed
