These decorative overflow covers will snap into place in your aquarium. They include a 30ppi sheet of filtration foam to act as a prefilter while offering total protection against fry and other fish buddies from entering your filter chambers. - On the back side over these intake covers you will see the two large tabs which click into place as well as smaller nub-like tabs. These smaller tabs should be oriented downward and fitted into the overflow slots to ensure perfect positioning of the covers.
