Have been looking for camping chairs with a higher weight limit after finding the 'normal' ones weren't so keen on the middle aged spread. These chairs were reasonable in terms of design and not looking vastly different to standard camp chairs and the frame is solid and appears well made, this does mean they are quite heavy to carry. However, unless you are tall you will be left feeling like a toddler on an adults chair, with your legs swinging above the ground. At 5'6" this was definitely too tall for me, this meant the material across the front of the seat began to dig into my legs as the weight of my legs was not supported by the ground. I returned it for an alternative style, it's a shame because aside from the height, the design is good, the insulated storage in the arm is excellent and it was otherwise comfortable offering good back support.

Had the chair 4 days and already coming apart (see pics). Ordered more expensive chairs as supposed to be extra heavy duty!

These are the nicest camp chairs I have EVER bought! They are comfortable and padded and have lots of room! They are sturdy, and great for tall or bigger men! They are a little heavy to carry but well worth it!!!!
