Great Bike Kit! Very Fast! Exciting!
I installed this kit on one of my Electa 26” bikes...I didn’t install the petal assist or the brake controllers ... I have a coaster brake that works fine and I only use the throttle so I don’t need the assist... it’s petal or throttle for me. I put two torque arms on the front wheel for safety. Because I have no room for the battery in the frame due to bike design I opted to put the battery on a rear rack.I put the power to 5 and tried it out... the bike kit is dynamite... takes off like a rocket and cruises at a good clip... I had it up to 25 mph for a stretch... I went 1.75 miles up hills and down without petaling at all. I weigh 200 and it flew along very well. You have to spend some time tinkering with things to put this together... plan to spend a day or two at it. Take your time and double check your work. Your plain petal bike will become a very fast ebike and you want to make sure it’s safe. One comment... I haven’t used my old petal bike for years ... but now I sure will. It’s like giving your old bikes a new life.Have fun!

1,000 miles and working great!
I installed this kit on my favorite bicycle and have now logged over one thousand miles with the bike and kit and it seems to be working the same as the day I started using it. The controller is the key component with numerous settings to adapt the system to your needs. You can set the system to just use the throttle, just use PAS, or use both (which I do). You can set the PAS so the level of assist varies. You can easily see the status of your battery, the distance for each trip and the total distance traveled. You can even adjust how quickly you want the PAS to engage. It takes some research and testing to understand all the features of the LCD controller but it is definitely worth it. Not sure how many miles the motor can endure but so far it has worked with no problems. I couldn't be happier.

Bad, Bad kit. DO NOT BUY!
Bad setup instructions, (non existent actually), video on the website was for the wrong kit, no instructions on how to set up the pedal sensor or the LCD control panel.

Very Satisfied....
So far no dislikes..seller included a xt60 connector which made the install simple and fast. Took it for s test run and i was very pleased with its performance. Goes faster than ill ride it but good yo have that speed on the ready if needed. I recommend this unit for anyone thinking of upgrading their strike. And I want to mention that it felt very stable at high speeds.

Only use for pedal assist
What I did like is the easy install. Flat out fantastic! What I don't like is that it's P.A. dependant. Meaning that you'll never get the pedal assist out of the computer. Which means I fear it's way slower and sluggish than it should be. I've got the 1200w front wheel. Not What I thought it would be. For my 3rd brand.

Unless your handy and have tools, don't even think about it.
I like everything about this kit, except the length of the wires, was way too long, and difficult to stow away and make the bike look sharp. I ordered a 1200 W battery, which brought my cost to over $800, but that's cheap compared to the cost of buying a ebike assembled and ready to go.DON"T buy this expecting it to be easy to assemble. It wasn't.

Seriously get the LCD twist. You won't be sad
I have bought two I three months. One was from murtisol, a now-defunct company on Amazon it seems. It was wires a controller and the technically necessary Parts in their most basic forms. This company went to more lengths with their product, all of the wires were long enough and completely waterproof tight, although my other was labeled a 1000 watt and I purchased the 1200, I feel as though I have more than a 20% increase as I should in speed. If I had a complaint, it would probably be that the LCD read out is a sort of older style programming to control, with long dresses on buttons and what not, but then I'm sure they make these things in touch screen if you want to spend the kind of money that you would think would warrant such technology. I paid more for the ebikeling kit and I would happily do it again, because I spent more making my murtisol work correctly. Also they're one of the few companies that gives enough of a damn to actually include the torque converter for free oh, and you need that so that you don't die
