When I first started using these, the patties were soft and flaky. My dog loved them. But the last several batches are hard as a rock. I can't break the patties, which renders them useless because I need to break the pieces and dip it in warm water for my dog's meal. I kept trying because my dog absolutely used to love these patties for her meal but after wasting so many bags because I can't break the patties, I've stopped purchasing it.

I rescued my yorkie 4 months ago and we had tried multiple food options to see what works best for her. While she always ate, she never finished her bowl. She maybe ate half of every meal. I switch to this food the month of September and for the first time EVER she devoured every bite. Now when I say the word “hungry” she freaks out. It’s been 4 weeks and to this day she’s never left a crumb in her bowl.The smallest bag has about 13 patties in it so it’s not going to last you more than a week if you have a 5-7 LB dog. They recommend 2.5 Pattie’s a day for my size dog but I only give her 2, one at each meal. She gets some meal toppers and little bites throughout the day so I know she’s okay with just 2. For the first month, every week I ordered the small bag and then on October 1st I committed to ordering the biggest bag which will last the whole month.

She’s loving these treats. She can’t eat chicken/beef/turkey products anymore and doing soo much better on rabbit & fish. She WAGS her tail for these!!
