I have MS and have tried many cooling products from the neck fans all the way to the cooling vests that you can get through the MS society. These neck wraps are superior to all of the products I've ever triedLet's start with ease-- put in coller or refrigerator - they don't get put in the freezer.Next weight and comfort they weigh nothing compared to the ice packs and fans I've had in the past and the softness is gentle on the skin.No sticky wet evaporation - I used these on humid days of 116 heat index and there is no dripping or wet sticky residue like many other cooling products leave. I even wear them in bed and no wet pillow like other prodects.Ease of traveling with them. I really love the case it comes with it clips right into my bag my walker or scooter but if I'm using a collet for the day they take up no room. they last longer than even the MS society issued ice packs. And when I change them out by the time I use the 2nd one the 1st is ready to be reused after being in my cooler in ice.Storage space in our fridge Mimi fridge is easy as they can wrap around a gallon of milk or OJ container or hang on a shelf and leave room for other things which is important in a RV and our semi with limited fridge space.They don't look ugly and most people that have said anything want to know where I got themLast but not least when grabbing other ice packs they can freeze the fingers and fingers sometimes stick (freeze to skin having to use something between the skin and ice pack) but these are not very cold to touch with the hands it's actually freaky how when you touch it with your hand it doesn't seem like it is very cool but on the neck , wrists, arm puts and thighs this actually feels cooler than those ice packs. I can't even explain itMy heart sensitivity is extreme just a few degrees and I can have what is called a pseudo flare with my MS and this means the difference between being able to walk a few steps or loss of mobility and having tremors. These things are amazing.Sadly I lost one at the Iowa state fair so I'm here to buy another pack. But I'm more than happy to because they are a miracle product for someone like me.Now it would be awesome to have ankle, wrist and maybe a back/thigh knee one.

I work in a very hot kitchen 6 days a week. Have had these for almost a week now and they’re great for the price! It keeps me cool for a couple hours before I have to switch to the second one. Seems durable, no weird smell, does it’s job well and fit around my neck easily. I’d recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want something that requires a battery or charge to cool them off.

My ac went out in my car so I purchased about 4 of these. It’s a pretty good product, but it doesn’t stay frozen long once you wear it. Maybe because it’s this Florida heat. 😊 A positive is that it does freeze pretty fast when I place it back in my cooler ( within about 15 mins) I would recommend that you purchase them maybe some extra just in case.

Game changer! I'm going through menopause and ALWAYS hot/sweating. I work as a Phlebotomist, so I can't slow down and manage my overheating. These are SOO HELPFUL. I bought 3, and I keep 2 in the freezer while using one. They only last 60-90 minutes, but that's fine... they keep me cool and comfortable while I'm working. Definitely recommended!

Pros:- More discrete than most of the other neck cooling options.- Received several compliments on the look of it.- Very comfortable- Freezes quickly- No smell- Possible to stack them if you wantedCons:- Only lasted 30-40 minutes outside in and out of the shadeHow product was used:- outdoor concert- took out of the freezer and straight into the carrying cooler it comes with at 4pm- Drove 45 minutes to concert location in blasting air conditioning- Hubby and I put them on at 5pm when we left said cold car- Stood in line for 30 minutes, hubby’s was totally melted, mine had melted by 75%- sat in the shade in the outdoor restaurant/bar and 15 minutes later mine was totally melted.- Location: Charlotte- Date: 06/26/24Temperature: 96 degrees, 35% humidity at 4:52pm

I tend to overheat easily and these cool me down quickly! The longevity depends on how overheated you are (obviously, the warmer you are, the faster they "melt"). For me, they stay quite icy for about 10 minutes, then are still nicely cool for another 10. At that point, I'm comfortable, but i swap it out for the 2nd one for good measure. I can't really comment on how long to refreeze because i haven't needed a 3rd round and never tested it. That said, i don't think these will do well with travel unless you have an ice chest with you. They simply won't retain the chill long enough to bother taking with you. But for at home use, when you need to cool down after housework, yardwork, or just because you can't seem to get cool enough to fall asleep, these are great!

I bought a two pack of these for multiple reasons. First, my husband and I like to go for a walks when it’s kind of hot outside. And second sometimes at night I’ll get a hot flash that makes it difficult to sleep. I was shocked at how effective and long lasting product was. my husband and I were both impressed with the fact that in 90° weather after a 40 minute walk they were still partially frozen and still keeping us cool

Deeply disappointed with this product. I am in my 70s playing golf in a hot climate. I wanted to try something new to keep me from overheating on hot summer days. This product freezes well and feels wonderful when you first put it on. But your body heat immediately "defrosts" the product and within 5-10 minutes it is useless. So then I put it back in ice and put the other one on (its as a 2) and, again, I am comfortable for 5-10 minutes - but now I have nothing as the first one is not yet cold. Going back to cold, wet bandanas with ice in them!
