The led kit was very bright

My husband and I both have motorcycles. My bike came with a light kit already installed. But he's gotten 2 bikes that didn't have lights. He really liked that mine lights up red when I hit the brakes. On a bike, anything that makes you more visible to other drivers is always a good thing. So this is the 2nd set of lights we've put on a bike, we've done them on cars as well. He's also an electrician so he has all of the necessary tools and knowledge to easily get this done. The instructions are helpful but if you get stuck there are plenty of tutorial videos out there that help as well.The strips seem to stick and hold securely so far. We like to run them inside the front and rear fenders, one along each side of the underside of the gas tank, and each side of the oil tank. The strips connect to each other easily so for longer fenders you can fit 2 strips together VS just 1 under the tank. The layout will vary bases on the style of your bike. But the great thing is they're fully customizable. We have also used clear silicone tape to adhere the wire in tighter areas so it doesn't hang down. If it's a hidden spot zip ties also work well. The various remotes are nice as well. My set only has the small keychain remote and sometimes I forget what each function does. So having it on an app and a larger remote is great. The price is incredibly reasonable. We paid 4 times this price for the other set and these seem to be just as high quality. If something changes or they begin falling off I'll update review accordingly.

For years I had just one boring color on my bike. I really enjoy being able to change colors and can even match it to my mood. It was an easy enough install and the strips adhesive has stuck through all weather and bumpy roads. It has peeled in one place, under the gas tank, but it was because I ran the wire incorrectly at first and the handlebars puled the wire enough to unstick it.I would rate 5 stars, but I do not understand why EVERY. SINGLE. LIGHT SYSTEM. has has flashing red and blue lights. That is highly illegal and I can never change the lights in the middle of a ride because I have to go through that option sometimes to get to the color I want using the remote that has preset colors.

If you take the time to place them properly, you can illuminate you car or motorcycle very cleanly. the app is easy to use and connects to your phone via bluetooth. I was glad to see lots of color patterns and options while scrolling through the app. installation was easy as well took almost no time and a hand full of zipties to route wiring. very happy with this setup. I will probably buy a couple more for future projects due to how simple they were to control.
