This pack is much different than a camelbak. The way the shoulder straps are configured, it rides higher on your back in a more snug and stable way. I worried it was going to be so snug it'd limit my chest and breathing. This has not been a problem, it does not affect breathing and is quite comfortable. I can't talk about the reservoir since I'm using my camelbak one in it for the time being. The cell phone pocket fits my large iPhone 10XR with a pop-socket. Side note: the straps provide a perfect secure spot to clip in a pepper spray container.

The pack itself is great. Good size, good fit.The downside is that the zippers are entirely the wrong style for the pack. Very difficult to zip and forcing the zipper will result in failure. I would only buy another if there was an updated zipper design.
