This stuff is legit! Taste is great on its own, but I mix it with the Ryse Country Time Lemonade BCAA Focus or Pre-Workout sometimes too, gets a great lemon lime tropical mix. Been using creatine for 2 months and can definitely see the difference. This creatine dissolves better than others I’ve tried, it doesn’t feel so gritty as you drink it. Love the Ryze products and how they make me feel!

This tastes amazing. It truly tastes like a Baja blast and you can mix it with as much water as you desire and drink it down without it tasting gross. I’ve seen a difference in my muscle growth at the gym so it has been very effective. The texture can be gritty if you kid it with too little water and can have a little stronger flavor but overall very good.
