Pip Decks Team Tactics Official 54-Card Deck for Leadership, Team Alignment & Effective Sessions

Item concept is catching, but upon review of the cards, its just not meeting expectations for the amount of money spent. Hence why only 2 stars. My boss also refused to reimburse for the expense under a "Professional Development" expense. I don't recommend this item.

Great product that will help me lead my team. I am looking forward to implementing this deck on a daily basis

As a new manager, managing a group with a variety of work areas, I’m excited by the ideas sun this product. This seems like a quality, easy to use, tool and I’m pumped to try it out!

Good quality but super expensive for what it is

I gave it four stars because a lot tactics do not apply to all work teams. A lot of the tactics are focused on teams that need to pool their talent to complete an overall project together. I would recommend this for any business leader whose team is in project management or related field. It's not quite written for teams who daily tasks are repetitious like a call center, or front line customer service team. I did find some of the ideas here helpful and used them to improve the customer experience in a live environment. Also I found a lot of the tactics provided reference other tactics as nausem. To use the tactics provided it a really lengthy task.
