Just what I wanted
My wife had me get this and stop complaining about my old torque wrench. After it got here I tested it on various wheel nuts on my truck and trailer and I was impressed with it's ease of use and the positive click that I could hear and feel when torque setting was reached. It seems to be accurate and reliable. I had a special situation where I was using an extension to reach a nut. The manual gave a formula to adjust the setting to get the proper torque. I couldn't get it done myself, my math skills are so declined. A shout out to eTork came back with and answer. In addition I had an ace, my son is a Physicist and is excellent in math. His answer was exactly the same as given to me by eTork customer service. So, solid product that sure seems to be a quality build. Operates easily. Appears to be accurate. Excellent customer service. A manual that is clear and easy to read. Nice case to protect the wrench. I think I got an excellent product at a good price. Time will tell, but right now I am a happy camper.

Great wrench for the $
As an ex gear head I still know quality tools when I hold them. One thing is changed, I don’t need the most expensive stuff anymore that is guaranteed to take a lifetime of beating. As a casual wrencher I can choose more affordable tools for the job. This wrench however is quality at a quality price. What drew me to it was the indicator for the settings. Easy to read 100% satisfaction that you are on the right number. It comes in a nice box to store it in as well. I have a few torque wrenches in my shop but I got this one to keep in the trundle of my car so I could check the wheels every now and then when think of it. It suits this job perfect. Compared to my other wrenches it has the most satisfying “click” at the desired torque level. It’s apparently rated to torque in the counter clockwise direction as well so that’s good for left handed thread things if you ever find them. Do not mistake this feature as the ability to loosen or break loose things. This will certainly destroy any torque wrench. Great wrench! For the limited use it will have I know it will last my lifetime

Great Affordable Torque Wrench
I have been rebuilding my car's engine this past summer (It's a lil 4cyl from a Miata lol). And I picked up some cheap Torque wrenches from harbor freight and they get the job done... However, on the important bolts I needed torqued down, I kept missing the torque or it wouldn't click and I needed to buy new bolts. I needed an In/lb wrench and didn't want to cheap out again but also didn't want to ball out. I found this on Amazon right up top and thought sweet its not a bad price at all, and bought it. When it came in, it had an accuracy certificate which is nice, I think. Felt very strong and sturdy. Took it to the back and started using it to install my water pump, cam shaft, valve cover and multiple other pieces around the block such as accessories and brackets. This wrench feels suuper nice, and has a very obvious click and feels so smooth. I was honestly very impressed and pleased. I'm definitely going to buy a ft/lb wrench from them in the future because I liked this one so much. Have not lost another bolt to the car gods since I've had this wrench. My ONE negative thought on this product is that the area in which you see what force you'll be applying seems to be printed on paper and wrapped around in there. It hasn't been a problem at all, I'm just hoping it doesn't undo itself in the future or something since I see a small like lift in it. BUT nothing of the sort has happened and using this product is very satisfying and enjoyable. Also they have sent me like two emails seeing if I have any questions or concerns and giving me resources to get a hold of them if anything does go wrong which is definitely a plus.

Pretty good value
In truth, I rarely need this class of torque wrench. But, when you get into that 55-60+ ft. lbs range you know you're dealing with some important components. This has a good heft to it, good length, and it feels solid. Kickout clicks are nice and loud, and it's got a good responsiveness; you can feel the kickout very directly. The adjustment window is easy to read. For the weekend warrior style mechanic this will probably serve you quite well. Longevity I can't really speak to since I use it so rarely. If feels like it's put together well... but I don't give it the kind of daily abuse that it would endure in a full on shop. For my use... I take care of it, keep it clean, and always remember to dial down. I've gotten a few years of reliable use out of it. I expect it has some more left.

Great value, good wrench
I bought this wrench in August of 2019 and have used it daily since then. It's easy to use and, checked against other torque wrenches, is acceptably accurate. I recently began having problems with the locking mechanism, however. Wrench still worked fine, but I could not lock it at a specified torque. I contacted the eTork company in Georgia and told them about the problem. Cliff responded promptly and said instead of repair, he would send me a new wrench. He did, wrench arrived when promised, and it was quick and painless. This, to me, is exceptional customer service, especially these days, and I wanted to give Cliff and eTork a shout-out for that. I recommend this wrench, it is a good wrench and a good value.

Very easy to set, read, and use!
I'm not a big fan of "click-type" torque wrenches, but I'm also not a professional and have only occasional need of them. Plus, the "big name" brands are generally too expensive to justify purchasing. I have purchased two eTORK wrenches now - this 1/4-inch in-lb just recently and a 1/2-inch ft-lb version five years ago and have found them both to be excellent tools at affordable prices. I verified the accuracy of the larger 1/2" drive using a digital torque adapter and found it to be spot-on. I have not verified the accuracy of the smaller 1/4" drive wrench, but have great confidence in it based upon my earlier testing of its bigger brother. I'm very satisfied with these wrenches and trust that you will be, too.

Solid built product. Only complain is the unit text only on the beginning of the markings. But it is easy to remember after few use.
