Wow!! This stuff works. Wife was amazed the first time we used it. Even commented that she didn't know she was going to get a full leg workout.

At first I ordered one package because I didn’t believe the reviews. I put on one application and I think I put on too much, 15 minutes later it was burning. Read the directions before you put it on. Let’s just say when I got the right amount to put on, I went at it for a whole hour. My gf couldn’t believe it. I never reveal my secrets so I didn’t say anything but she had a smile on her face the whole day and that’s all I needed to see. This stuff works, just don’t put too much. I liked it so much I bought two more packages. My directions, put less than a matchstick head amount of every hour for 3 hours before the encounter. Felt some slight tingling/numbing. Took a shower before in case there was residue left behind. Then go to town! I’ve said all I need to say. Thank you! Do experiment with it some before you use it cause the first time I overused and it was burning for a few hours! Had to put my thing in ice water.

This is a fantastic product if you follow the instructions. That said, everyone is a little different. It burns a little, and I don't think it's for daily use. That said, this product gave me so much more confidence, and I seriously love this thing. I have it on auto-ship because it's such a good product.

I had high hopes for this stuff, but after a short time the tingling turned into burning and then even after washing it off, I had a bright red rash. What a waste of money. Wish I could return it.

A little of this every night will slowly desensitize you and make you last longer. Just be careful to not use to much it can burn.

If you ever have problems with PE and don't want to ruin your experience with silly numbing sprays, then look no further. I've always been fairly quick to release in the bedroom to the point that it caused a great deal of anxiety surrounding those experiences despite desperately wanting to have a better time and be able to perform better. Prior to Tong Balm, I tried almost everything except the numbing sprays because my partner is very sensitive to that sort of thing. I found myself often trying to drink or smoke or wear a condom (despite it not being needed) to allow myself to perform better and be able to enjoy the experience. I tried PC muscle exercises. I tried supplements. I tried meditation. All of those things were fairly hit or miss and left me wanting so much more from my experiences in the bedroom. Earlier this year I discovered the glory that is Tong Balm.. and it changed my life forever. This stuff is incredibly powerful. I'm cut for reference, and I rub a small amount on the area just below the tip up until the line where the foreskin was cut. I just apply once, approximately an hour before intimacy. I can tell it's working when I start to feel a tingling sensation. You will have to get a feel for the correct amount as too little will not really do the job and too much will make it difficult if not impossible to finish. Prior to intimacy, I always wash the balm off so that it doesn't get on my partner. I always use the excuse, "Let me freshen up for you real quick." This is a great one as then your partner will also be more inclined to give you oral and it's fairly covert if you don't want them to know you're using an aid. Once the balm is working, it's awesome. The level of control is fantastic but it doesn't reduce sensation in the way that numbing sprays or condoms do. You do have to get a little used to the tingling sensation, as it can be rather intense, especially if you use too much. And don't let any balm get in your urethra.. you'll regret it.

Works really well, just don't use too much. A tiny bit goes a long way.

Edit: I changed this from 5 to 3 stars for a reason. It does work, but at a cost. This is bacteria that you are applying. It does it’s job to desensitize you; but, even with wiping off the excess, you run the risk of giving your partner a bacterial infection (such as yeast infection). Use at your own risk, I had to stop due to my partner becoming irritated and feeling pain down there. Original: I also only had moderate success at first when I followed the directions. I now put this on at least and hour or two ahead of time, let it sit, then wipe off the excess after about an hour. The difference is amazing. I am able to last so much longer when I do it this way. I only wish the amount in the container was more. It's such a small container for the price. It's about the size of three nickels stacked on top of each other.
