I was after magnesium to help with stress, interrupted sleep and potentially migraines. I did my research and these contain potent forms of magnesium and at a good quantity, without the nasties. I have been taking these every night for 2 weeks now, with a light snack 2-3h before bed and haven't had any stomach discomfort. Most importantly though, from the first night already, I have noticed a massive improvement on my sleep quality. I don't wake up nearly as often and if I do I go back to sleep quickly. I will keep taking these as I feel they are working.
