Top quality switch and also switch 2 pro controller at a fraction of the price of the official switch pro controller. It has hall effect joysticks which means that you will never experience drift on these sticks. The buttons feel great on the face and I like the shoulder buttons. This controller also has 2 remappable buttons next to the shoulder buttons that are in a natural place when in your hands, I thought they looked awkward in the photos but they are in a perfect place for me. The star button on the front also allows you to turn any of the face or shoulder buttons into turbo or auto turbo buttons. I read one of the reviews above mine that says you cannot wake the console with the controller. There is a very easy way to wake the switch up with the controller once you have paired it the first time. Once paired you hold the home button for a couple of seconds to turn on the controller and then you "shake to wake" the switch 👍 Very good controller that has rumble, 6 axis motion controls, hall effect joysticks, rechargeable battery, mappable and turbo buttons. Only things removed from it are NFC, HD rumble, and IR camera(which the switch pro also lacks) I am editing this review to say that after a firmware update this controller can also be used on the switch 2 adding even more value if you are looking to upgrade to a switch 2 further down the line 😁 Well worth the money and a very reputable company for third party controllers

I owned the original Ultimate C pad, for the PC 2.4ghz version. I was really impressed with the pad, build quality, feel and use in game so now I needed a Bluetooth controller for my Switch 2 I looked to the same pad. This new Ultimate 2C is just as good, smooth on the front, textured on the back for a nice grippy feel, 2 extra shoulder buttons if you want and a nice battery that last a decent time. This controller totally blows anything within the price range out of the water and is no doubt just as good as pads a lot more expensive. 8bitdo have only gotten better with time and now offer unbelievable value for money with the Ultimate 2C controllers.

Great value and works well with switch 2

Got this for the Switch 2 and it's fantastic. Works really well and has a strong rumble. Light weight compared to the Xbox Series S controller which is much needed.

A typically solid controller by 8bitDo, but if you’re looking to use this on the Switch 2 you’ll probably need to run a firmware update on it for it to work at all. You can install 8BitDo Ultimate Software V2 on your PC or Mac to do this, if you don’t the controller will not be detected by the console.

Bought this for a Switch 2. It came with the latest (Switch 2 friendly) firmware so I didn't have to upgrade that. Confusingly, it doesn't seem to 'connect' properly when it's plugged into the Switch dock but as soon as I unplugged it, it worked fine. Probably user error on my part. Feels like a Pro Controller in the hand, but with hall effect sticks. Bonus. Will certainly buy another for more players in the best future.

Do not buy. Does not update for switch 2. Checked with 8bitdo. provided me with two manual updates and two different instructions. Neither worked. They gave me an option. ship it by freight back to china. Apparently Amazon dont have anything to do with it either. Both are awful

Ich bin wirklich begeistert vom 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Bluetooth Controller. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man die hochwertige Verarbeitung – nichts wackelt, die Tasten haben einen angenehmen Druckpunkt, und das gesamte Design wirkt durchdacht. Der Controller hat bei mir out of the box sofort funktioniert, ohne dass ein Update für die Switch 2 nötig war – einfach koppeln und loslegen. Die Akkulaufzeit ist super, selbst nach längeren Spielsessions hält der Controller zuverlässig durch. Auch das Design und die Farben sind richtig schön – modern, dezent und trotzdem ein echter Hingucker. Man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail eingeflossen ist. Ein kleines Wunsch-Feature wäre noch eine Wake-up-Funktion für die Switch – das wäre wirklich das Nonplusultra. Trotzdem bin ich insgesamt rundum zufrieden: Top Qualität, tolle Haptik, super Funktionen und ein fairer Preis. Flawless feels really premium pairs perfectly with my switch 2. No noticeable latency was if you don’t make me not having the wake feature save yourself a lot of money over the pro controller

Pad bardzo dobrze współpracuje z Nintendo Switch 2. Jest dobrze wykonany,porównywalnie do pasa od Xboxa. Kto się zastanawia to warto. Nie ma co przepłacać za Pro Contlorer do Switcha.

Bluetooth conenction stopped working after just 2 weeks. Only works over cable now. Disappointed.

It worked flawlessly. Remember to connect it the first time to the Switch via USB.
