Installation was easy, app set up was also very easy. The double 4K camera leaves a clear image in high resolution with a complete 180 degree view. You can even adjust the brightness of the exposure so that even in the dark, you get a better picture quality. We are using it to watch a couple cars that have been vandalized several times on the street which are about 30 feet away and we can clearly see enough details to know who it is that is walking by so hopefully we catch the people doing it soon.

This excellent outdoor camera has a message saying "product returned with frequency," and I want to prevent another customer from purchasing it without knowing why it's being returned so often. It's a very good camera, but it's more for outdoor use than for indoor use. Its image angle is very wide, or exactly 180 degrees. If you buy it for indoor use, like in a living room, dining room, etc., it won't work. Its image quality is superior; 16 MP is perfect; you can see any intruder's face. On the other hand, one of the reasons it's being returned is in the configuration. It's not very clear, and if you try to configure it using Wi-Fi, you won't be able to do so because it doesn't have software to install Wi-Fi. However, the solution is to connect the network cable or RJ-45 that comes with the camera, and then you can configure it and the Wi-Fi as well, but it's very easy and quick. I hope this message has helped. I've already bought another one for my patio.

I am pretty happy with my DUO3 from Reolink. It has the best picture of the last 6 cameras I have owned. It's has just under 16mp picture after stitching 2 4K - 8 mp cameras streams together. You lose some of the 16 mp they advertise by overlapping the images. The ad uses unique wording that makes it seem like the camera has 16mp resolution but it isn't. It is one 8mp stitched to another 8mp, it's a 16mp file from 2 - 8mp inputs. A true 16MP res picture would be awesome to see though. I was disappointed with the lack of a flip mode in the app and I had to uninstall it and mount it again upside down making the SD card on the top and hard to access.. Also , it looks like Reolink and Zumimall are using the same app. My Zuminall started displaying my Reolink picture and I had to unistall my Zumimall camera because I couldn't control everything with the camera receiving 2 sets of commands. If you have Zumimall cameras, I would not get this. Setup was easy and fast. I prefer a battery camera to skip all the wiring but this excellent picture makes it worth it.

I did a lot of research before buying this security camera. WiFi was important for me since I can't run an Ethernet cable. And powered was important so I don't have to deal with batteries. This handles it all. Other benefits is that no cloud subscription is needed. All videos are stored on internal micro SD card, up to 512 GB. The wide angle lens is clean with almost zero fish-eye. The video quality is okay. Close distance are clear and sharp. But if you zoom for someone across the street, it gets grainy. There's very little latency. Probably less than a second. The two way audio is also very good. And there's a. Option to record with audio. Also the built in night light is bright and works great. Lots of good useful features and all is controlled by the app. Overall this is an excellent buy and recommend.

Bought this mainly because I wanted to detect license plates, seems like 16 mega pixels still not enough to catch a license plate in front of my home on the same sidewalk only and few feet away. Added pictures for comparison, from the reolink camera, from a tapo 2k les expensive camera and from my cellphone (Galaxy note 10). As the images show, tapo does the same job with 2k resolution and at a fraction of the reolink price. Btw, watching the live feed is impossible, I've attached a video for reference, it keeps loading forever until the camera decides its time to maintain a stable connection so the video can be loaded and seen, being a dual band is worthless in this device. Also forgot to mention I bought 2 and 1 arrived incomplete with a missing mounting plate, returning them. Update December 15 2025. I was contacted by Reolink with an offer of a full refund, they even wrote under the email Subject "Refund offer from Seller ReolinkDirect on Order", which was subsequently rescinded. This resulted in a 15-day period of unproductive communication. I find it perplexing that a company would extend and then retract such an offer, particularly when a direct return through Amazon is a readily available option. Below is their email, after which they rescinded the offer, stating they had not intended to provide a full refund but rather a return. I could have managed the return independently without any interaction with Reolink, so I am unclear as to why they would email me only to retract their offer. "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order and would like to offer you a full refund for your purchase. If you would like a full refund: please reply 'Full refund'. We hope that you give us another chance. Thank you very much." Sorry Reolink, but there are better options in the market at a fraction of the price and with customer service that actually cares to do things right.

It’s a great camera. Loving the features, you can set up boundaries, human detection works very well. The picture is crystal compared to other cameras. Viewing loads so fast, it’s almost unreal for such high res.

Great picture. I thought it was powered over network cable but that was my mistake. Power cord is sufficiently long. Wide wide view, great at night too. Took a bit to figure out the setup but documentation and the app work well. I also paired with a base for recording but this can via SD card as well. Overall it met my expectations and would gladly buy again.

Er zit geen 12v/2A adapter bij om de camera te laten werken, dit is ook niet vermeld in de beschrijving en daar kom je dus pas achter bij installatie.

Ich nutze die Reolink Duo 3 WiFi nun seit einigen Wochen und bin absolut begeistert. ✅ Bildqualität: Die 16MP-Auflösung ist wirklich beeindruckend – gestochen scharf, auch bei Nacht. Dank der Dual-Linse deckt sie ein sehr großes Sichtfeld ab, sodass ich nur eine Kamera brauche, wo sonst zwei nötig wären. ✅ WLAN-Verbindung: Mit Wi-Fi 6 ist die Verbindung stabiler und schneller als bei meinen älteren Kameras. Keine Aussetzer, auch wenn die Kamera etwas weiter vom Router entfernt ist. ✅ App & Bedienung: Die Reolink-App ist super übersichtlich. Einrichtung war in wenigen Minuten erledigt, und auch das Livebild ist ohne Verzögerung. Push-Benachrichtigungen kommen zuverlässig. ✅ Funktionen: Die KI-Erkennung für Personen, Fahrzeuge und Tiere funktioniert erstaunlich gut und reduziert Fehlalarme deutlich. Außerdem finde ich die Möglichkeit, lokal auf SD-Karte oder per NVR zu speichern, sehr praktisch. ✅ Design: Die Kamera ist robust, wetterfest und sieht trotzdem modern aus. ❗️ Kleine Nachteile: Die Kamera ist etwas größer und schwerer, also sollte man den Montageort gut planen. Außerdem braucht man für die volle Nutzung (z.B. Cloudspeicherung) ein Abo – aber das ist optional. Fazit: Eine der besten Outdoor-Kameras in diesem Preisbereich! Wer eine zuverlässige Überwachung mit Top-Bildqualität und großem Sichtfeld sucht, macht hier nichts falsch.

Yes, that's right. PTZ is out! Full wide view in enough contrast and easy to connect. IT skills are not needed to make this one viewable on your mobile phone. Recording on NAS was piece of cake as well. Happy and satisfied with this camera!

This camera is amazing. The picture quality is crisp and clear and the wifi signal is solid. I love that this single camera can cover almost my entire yard. I have had zero issues with this camera and even ordered two more to install for a friend.
