Berghaus F-Light 18 Backpack

Typical Berghaus quality. Very light, and well made. The zips look unbreakable, which is a real plus point, which is why I had to replace my old sac. It folds into a bag about the size of paperback book. You can also use the pouch as a small pocket when it's unfolded for items like a wallet or other flat items.All round great value, and ideal for holidays when you are out and about. It has two water bottle pouches which is essential in my opinion. So in summary, for the money its hard to beat.

Took it as a day bag on a long back-packing trip to Sri Lanka as a supplementary hold-all to main rucksack. What a good decision. Much tougher than it looks and stood up to all sorts of knocks without tear or puncture. A quick wash had it looking like new. Bought a blue one which made identification easy in crowded areas. Now doubles as convenient light luggage when riding motorcycle - highly recommended - the extra top pocket is ideal for documents etc.

I bought this to supplement a similar Vango product  Vango Pac Packable Rucksack - Purple, 15 Litres  which is such a favourite with the other members of the family that I no longer get to use it. In it's favour, the Berghaus is made from thicker fabric, has useful side pockets and stronger shoulder straps. Although in many ways it's a better product than the Vango, it doesn't pack away as easily and the fabric feels too stiff. If I had to choose again, I'd choose the Vango.

Lovely light rucksack, I am getting over a shoulder injury and this is just what I wanted to take on holiday. I holds quite alot and the zip pocket on the top(which is also the zip bag it comes in) means no rummaging around for small items. I have only used it once to take swimming, it seams durable and we'll made. Would definitely recommend it.

This backpack is robust but light and has one small storage pocket at the top for easy access when in full use. The pocket doubles as the backpacks own storage pouch when its not in use.Comfortable, good design and tough.

Used this bag on a 2 week trip to domincan, it was perfect, packed away light in the suitcase then used it as a pool/day bag everyday. Held big bottle of water, couple of books, tops towels etc... perfect size.

Brilliant backpack.So lightweight yet very strong. It's been through a number of trips and daily use for work - sometimes overfilled too. No problems whatsoever and would definitely recommend.

Just what you need for a beach holiday abroad, just big enough for towel, flip flops, sandwich and bottle pocket on sides, packs down small,keep it in your pocket, nice addition for travelling.
