sharp and dishwasher safe
it's been 4 months since i bought this. At first I wasn't sure I liked it because it was super easy to open and close the scissors (from my experience, the more resistance to opening/closing, the sharper the shear) which made me wary of it not being sharp.I use it to cut thick pork belly while cooking Korean barbeque and it works great. It also works great for opening packages. I put it in the dishwasher. One time it slipped off the counter so I tried to catch it and cut my finger. It's sharp, y'all!
