Este colágeno decir que me lo recomendó una amiga farmaceútica. Hay muchos productos de colágeno, pero muy pocos fiables y efectivos. Este de Solgar es un producto de altísima calidad, con una composición de calidad. No es barato, pero la salud no tiene precio. Al ser en capsulas es muy fácil de ingerir, aúnque son algo grandes te acostumbras rápido. El bote viene completamente precintado, algo que me ha gustado como detalle. Se notan los resultados a los 15 o 20 días. Recomiendo combinarlo con la fórmula "Piel, pelo y uñas".

I’ve been taking these for about 4 years now, very effective! Seriously my nails, hair and skin have never been better. My nails are super strong, Amy hair grows so thick and my skin feels great!
