Been using this 12-inch Blue Diamond non-stick pan for almost 2 months now. Hasn't seen the dishwasher, only handwashed. This pan is as slippery as the 1st time I cooked with it. Great for omelets, chicken breasts & diced chicken breasts for salads. Very generous size, should have gotten lid... however, a square of tin foil works perfectly & no cleaning of glass lid.If this pans "greatness" on the stovetop changes I'll update, bit so far this is a solid purchase.

This is the 2nd blue diamond pan that I've had. The first one was the exact same as this one and I had it for approximately 5 years, give or take. For the first couple years, the pan was slick and everything slid off it with ease. After that, the coating gets dull and things begin to stick, which requires more harsh scrubbing to get it clean, which wears down the coating more, creating a downward spiral in the quality of the coating.I cooked some chicken fajitas last week with my old blue diamond pan and the juices from the peppers cooked hard onto the pan so bad that I simply couldn't get it off, even with a wire brush or wool pad. And those types of cleaning tools shouldn't be used on these pans to begin with, but when the food won't come off, what do you do? I even tried boiling some soap water in it and scrubbing it hot. No luck. I threw it out and ordered a new one.The cost for buying one pan every 5 years to replace a worn out one isn't so bad. But, I don't like that there's no good way to recycle these or get them recoated to make them last longer for better sustainability.Regardless, I bought a new one because I do like cooking on this pan for 80% of my cooking.

Didn’t have high hopes for this pan but it’s proved me wrong. Heats quickly and evenly. Food doesn’t stick. I always wash it by hand so can’t attest to dishwasher use. Have used in the oven with no issues.

This has got to be the worst pan I’ve ever purchased. I only used it for one month, and in that month, I don’t think I cooked an unbroken egg once in this pan. Everything sticks to it. Maybe if I add a stick of butter to the eggs, they won’t stick, but who does that??After one month of use, I contacted the company, who gave me a way to clean it and restore it back to new. Yeah…that didn’t work. And they politely informed me they don’t issue refunds. So I’m stuck with a useless pan in which everything sticks!

"Scratch resistant" doesn't mean "scratch proof". After a couple of years, sig o asked me to throw it out, because the scratched pan became too difficult to clean with the magnificent ease of when it was new. Even though one had to work a little more to clean it, it still compared favorably with some other pan surfaces we have around here. Anyway, I like this pan. So does sig o.

Esta sarten la compre en 2 tamaños. Excelente compra. No se le pega nada. Cocina a una temperatura uniforme que impide que las cosas se quemen. Cuando frio las pechugas de pollo normalmente el aceite se quema. Con esta sartén quedaron doraditas y lo mejor es que nunca cambie el aceite.
