Did not come with iPhone conversion cord but besides that it sound great and picks up everything.

Great quality... no static noise

This product came in a little red nice drawstring pouch of nice quality with the white “YouMic” logo screen printed in the front.The pros: 1-sound quality is good. 2-Generous amount of cord. 3-Replacement windscreens.The cons: 1-way too much cord to constantly contend with if you’re shooting in close quarters. A 6-8’ Cord with a 12’ extension would have been better. 2-the mic clips are clumsy because they are too slender, and the springs are way too tight. They tend to roll as you try to clip them on. 3-there are no replacement clips. 4-the bag should be 20-25% larger. After unrolling the mic cords it suddenly becomes much too small as you try to re-pack everything.Conclusion: Not a bad product at all. If this is your first purchase of a lavalier microphone, or if you record just the occasional video, then you will be quite satisfied.

Not stereo, works with android devices, with Nikon D7000 in mono mode. The purpose that I bought them was to record in stereo, binaurally through a DSLR. There should be left and right channel breakout cable to work with a DSLR in a stereo mode. That is why I have also just ordered "Hosa YMM-261 3.5 mm TRS to Dual 3.5 mm TSF Stereo Breakout Cable". It should work then, hopefully. I will update then.UPDATE 1: No, it did not work with the Hosa cable (aforementioned). However, PowerDeWise has been very friendly to find me a cable that matches. When I receive, I will make another update!UPDATE 2: As promised here is my update: with the help of guys from PowerDeWise that have sent me an additional little trrs to trs cable, now I can do binaural recording. In the initial kit there was only one trrs to trs cable, so that problem was solved by sending me the second one. Mikes are of very high quality - they are producing very clear and loud sound, they are really very sensitive. I have not heard any distortion and mikes pick pretty weak sounds! Still one needs the Hosa cable for stereo recording, without which you just have two mikes sending signal to both channel, but I already have that cable and cannot be happier...

Giving 5 stars all around because their customer support is above and beyond stellar! This was a Christmas gift for my wife who is just getting into the Vlogging world. The sound was so much better than expected for the price! I figured this would be a “beginner” mic, but it may turn out to be all she wants/needs! The cord length is good, but I received an email this morning that YouMic has had feedback about the cables being a little short for interviewing two people. It’s like they read our minds and they’re proactively sending an extension!Definitely a happy customer here! Service like this makes you feel comfortable with a vendor. We will surely look to YouMic for future purchases!

These mics worked great for the movie I made with some of my friends! The sound quality could definitely be better, but at this price you shouldn’t expect too much. The only issue we had with these mics was the y-splitter, which didn’t pick up sound from both mics at the same time when pairing them with an iPhone 6s.

I gave 4 stars because the level going into my iPad is too weak; however, when I plugged it into my Macbook it worked perfectly! Also, i tried to use an inline amp on it without success.

The media could not be loaded.  I wanted lavalier mics which I could pair up for one2one interviews when recording face2face.This YouMic kit allows single and paired recording - only mono track of course. Contents came as advertised.Sound pick up seems good with extra base recorded which is lost via the phone alone mic, and of course sound quality is consistent regardless of distance.I purchased this for when I don’t want to carry my Røde mic which is heavy and also omnidirectional. The Røde sound is deep and rich, so I want to match that with these.

The quality of these microphones is really good, but I received one damaged micro, I think maybe after someone's return.One of these stopped working after three uses. Nothing happened, just stopped recording voices. I can hear only strange rustling.I kept these microphones in a safe place near my computer, so it's not my fault.I have to return, but I ordered these again.

Arrived quickly. Simple and effective packaging.And got to say that I was highly impressed with the customer support when I had a question. Fast reply, exactly the info I needed and they followed up. Spot on.Sound quality good quality of make is good too. I use mine with my Zoom H1

Frustrated by the lack of clarity, that this needs a separate purchase of a lightning jac adaptor. A further £12+ with cost of delivery. All the advertising description states comparability, no clarity it won’t plug and play. Poor effort.

I old love to say it's brilliant. Sadly, one of the two microphones simply don't work! So, whilst I can use one fine, I can't do interviews. That's a big disappointment.
