Do not buy this.
Comes with no instructions no welcome code nothing needed to set it up. Waste of time. I downloaded app and it could never find the device once plugged in and hooked up via Ethernet connection.

Renewed equipment gives you what you want for a better price.
Needed a Samsung smart thing to work with my Kwikset lock, buying renewed saved me money.

Nothing but Hub
I bought this and had at house less than 15 minutes before i took back to UPS store. There is absolutely nothing but the hub in the box. No instructions at all. Only thing on hub was a handwritten sticky with a pairing code that did not work.

Saved almost a couple hundred dollars not buying new.
This renewed product installed easily following the instructions that came with it. This is my 3rd Smartthings. The original cost $99, I purchased another on sale for $60. I was shocked when I saw a new hub now cost approx. $289 plus. So I went for the refurbished. Works like new.
