Love Letters to My Baby: A Guided Journal for Expectant and New Mothers

The book is really sweet. However, the paper they chose for the book was not my fav. It's a shiny glossy type of paper and when writing the ink smears all over the place.

I like this little book! I wanted something special to journal in while pregnant that could be passed to my little one. I knew I needed a guided one that would get my thoughts started before I write. This hits all those marks! Love all the little verses and quotes in it! Only little complaint is how shiny the pages are because everything I write with smudges. So I write on one page and then leave the book open and laying still for 20ish minutes and hope that my ink will stay. Turning the page smudges all the handwriting if I don't wait, and I want my little one to be able to read it in years to come. But other than that, it is awesome!

Bought this book for a friend having her first baby. I bought it based on reviews and thought it was a wonderful idea to be able to write little notes to your yet-to-be-born child. I have to say, I was even more impressed upon receiving it! It is such a sweet little book where you can write out your memories/thoughts to later give your child! I would love to have a received this from my own mom as an adult! It is a Christian book and is perfect for a baby shower or just makes a sweet gift to a pregnant friend. I will definitely purchase this again... maybe even for myself down the road!

I bought this used & it came with no rips on the paper cover sheet to the book. This was a gift so I wanted it to appear new, the front has signs of handling so I took aMr clean magic eraser and barely moistened it and clean off all the smudges & itlooked brand new. I’m thrilled and so was the Recipient of this beautiful book.

I got this originally as a gift for my first born. It was a very sweet time to think about my different experiences with my pregnancy in these different situations. It was a good reflection time as I prepare for my daughter to come.I got this as a gift for someone else as I think they would appreciate this book and the sweet moments for you and your child to remember.I'm going to be honest though... I'm pregnant and I don't want to do it with my second one.. lol don't have as much time as my first child.. LOL

This is the sweetest journal. It has prompts to help you write to your baby and it uses scripture and quotes to encourage you and your little one. I’ve had such a joyous time writing to my babe💙

I agree that this book is absolutely Christian. It's too bad that people have bought it without knowing that, and ended up resenting that aspect of it. I had the opportunity to read through it at the bookstore, so I was well aware of the nature of the book.It is beautiful and celebrates the joy of motherhood. I felt excited writing such special things to my baby, and now that she is born, I love writing even more things to her, knowing more of her personality and the joy she has brought to our home. As someone else stated, the lead-ins really get you thinking, and help you relay more personal feelings than you might normally consider. The poems before each section are special and heart-warming, too.I would recommend this book to any Christian mothers out there who want to make something special for their baby to cherish later in life.

Love this! As a first time mom-to-be, this has been very fun filling out. What a beautiful keepsake during such a special time in life. Use caution when choosing which pen to write with! I started filling out the first handful of pages and didn't realize until it was too late that the pen I was using didn't dry quick enough; therefore, a lot of the words were smugged onto the other pages which was disappointing. I will be sure to chose a different pen when finishing filling out this book! Highly recommend this item for new mamas! :)
