Oregon make an awful lot of quality chainsaw chains, so I trust them to know what they need for oiling then too. It's good quality oil, not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. It does it'd job and does it well in my opinion. I recommend it.

This Oregon Biodegradable Chainsaw Chain & Guide Bar Oil does the job.The chain runs freely, the lubrication is visible and the chain nicely oily when you remove it from the chainsaw.I bought this as it said biodegradable ~ that sounded the part.Don't let your oil reservoir run dry or the chain and bar could easily become worn and useless.All for the sake of topping the oil up.
