Homemade Sunscreen
So I know a lot of ppl wanna make homemade Sunscreen, so I'll talk about it here too. This was adds no color to the sunscreen. I use 11tbspn coconut oil, 2.75-3.5tbspn wax, 10tsp non-nano zinc oxide, 1/8 tsp almond extract, and 1/4 tsp coconut extract. Everything needs to be mixed very well, so it takes hours to make it, it has a light scent, but it's washed out by the extracts. It's actually fine to make sunscreen, it's something so simple and innocent. I suspect that the wax would work for candles, so it's versatile. It's cheap for the amount. Even in summer, it didn't melt together in the bag by accident.

A Natural Binder for DIY Sunscreen!
As a key ingredient in my homemade natural sunscreen, this Beeswax was a delight to work with. Its high-quality and ease of use really made a difference in creating a cohesive, well-textured sunscreen. Here’s the simple recipe I followed:• 1 oz Grass-fed Tallow• 1 oz Coconut Oil• 1.5 oz Avocado Oil• 1/2 oz Beeswax• 1/2 oz Shea Butter• 2 tbsp Non-nano Zinc Oxide• 1/2 tbsp CacaoCombine all these ingredients in a double boiler and melt until well combined. After everything is smoothly incorporated, pour the mixture into a glass container and let it cool. The Beeswax played a vital role in this recipe. It served as a natural binder, bringing all the ingredients together to create a smoothly textured, easily spreadable sunscreen. Moreover, it helped to add a bit of water resistance to the product, a bonus for those beach or pool days.

Great beeswax for lip balm!
I've made several batches of lip balm with this beeswax and it's been great to work with. I've been very pleased with how my lip balm has turned out and the pellets haven't stuck together or clumped in spite of storing it in a closet for long periods of time between uses.

Excellent quality & scent. Great product
Not all beeswax products are equal. (Some smell super weird but this one is nice.)Mellow and pleasant beeswax scent. No debris or chunks. Clean and easy to melt down. Equal granule sizes. Works perfectly for my needs.

Good product
I received product promptly and it looks like what I ordered. I haven’t even had a chance to open it yet. I’m sure it will be a good product because my friend recommended it.

Smells EXACTLY as it Should, Completely debri free
I read so much on many different brands of beeswax about the unpleasant smells that I was concerned but gave the Beesworks pellets a try. Yes it has a odor. But guess what, not 2 days after using the Beesworks wax, we harvesting an abandoned bee hive that took over a squirrel box in our back yard....GUESS WHAT! The inside of the squirrel box was filled with honeycomb smelled exactly like the Beesworks wax pellets.......and I mean EXACTLY even in it natural state (see picture) in the box. Its somewhat of a neutral smell and one I cannot place from memory. My wife says it smells like wax.I used the Beesworks wax to combine with mineral oil to make a lotion for cutting boards. This beeswax is stated to be cosmetic grade which does not mean food preparation safe but as it is used to make lip balm I feel safe that any minute residue picked up from a cutting board is certainly less then one consumes when applying directly to the lips. The small beans of wax make it easy to measure out and it melts quickly. To make cutting board lotion, it was suggested a ratio of 4 parts food safe mineral oil to 1 part beeswax but I found that 6 to 1 was a better consistency for me and allowed it to be used with a bottle with a finger pump. Heated in a jar placed in simmering water the beeswax melted quickly and combined entirely with the mineral oil. While hot the wax oil mix was completely clean and clear, no debris was visible in the liquid and when cooled made a mildly yellow opaque lotion (see picture). AFter applied to the wood, I did not smell the same odor as when opening the bag. The concoction does not absorb completely into the wood cutting board and leaves a film unlike just pure mineral oil. I think I will experiment with even more dilutions of the beeswax as im not happy with the film the 6:1 concoction leaves and perhaps even add some lemon scent to it.

Did what I needed it to do!
I bought this to make salves. It turned out well! The smell is very subtle, I really had to sniff the bag to smell anything of note. Overall I'll definitely get this again when I run out.
