**Q: Did this scratch your ceramic cooktop?**
A: It didn't scratch my glass cooktop but I was very careful to keep the angle close to the surface and being extra careful not to use the corners of the razor knife.

**Q: Where can one purchase Replacement Blades for this scrapper?**
A: Their a single blade. Almost any hardware store or a drug .  You get a good supply with the scraper.

**Q: Can you get a Replacement cap?**
A: Not sure, but doubt it.

**Q: How do you get the blade in place?**
A: Hi, I find it easiest to lay the blade holder flat on a tabletop and remove the metal screw/nut piece by hand.  At this point, the black plastic guard will come apart and the blade can be placed into it.  The blade should fit snugly into the plastic guard (lining up the end slots and middle slot of the guard with the blade) before you hand-tighten the metal screw/nut back into place.  A nice feature here is that the metal screw/nut can just be hand-tightened and loosened.  The "not-so-nice" feature of this holder is that the safety cap falls off too easily.  Hope this helps.
