Anthony'sOrganic Coconut Flour, 4 lb, Batch Tested Gluten Free, Non GMO, Vegan, Keto Friendly

We love this coconut flour. People should know that you can't just substitute for regular flour, you need specific recipes that include coconut flour in order for it to come out right. We have a gingerbread cookie recipe we love, plus a carrot cake recipe. The flour was fresh, fluffy, smells of coconut like it should, and works great in our recipes. Your recipes will have a different texture with coconut flour, so if you're looking for the same texture as wheat flour, coconut flour is not for you. Some reviewers say there's a quick expiration date. My last bag had 10 months until the "Best Buy" date, which, per usda.gov, it the date of peak freshness, it doesn't mean that after this date it's bad and it can last longer if stored properly. We store ours in the fridge, tightly sealed, and used the bag up after almost 2 years past the Best Buy date, and it was still fresh, fluffy, smelled like coconut and works great in our recipes. I'm now buying another bag.

Anthony's products are the Bomb. I've purchased several of his products over the years and find the quality is always reliable. Although I did not like his version of Colegene powder - tasted like a hide of a cow (yuk) - but every other product from this brand I've enjoyed. The milk powders; buttermilk powders and cream powders I use often - reliable quality and good price point. I'm trying other flour alternatives for baking - coconut flour adds a really nice smoothness and texture to baking most anything. I recommend this product.

Great for keto and gluten free baking! I find coconut flour less rich than almond flour. You don't use as much so it's more economical.

I was trying to purchase Anthony's Organic Coconut Sugar and purchased Anthony's Organic Coconut Flour. We tried the flour and made some cake, which was not bad. So we kept it and seeing what else we can make with it.

Great product

The media could not be loaded. I had run out of my previous bag of coconut flour and thought I would try this organic brand for the viral cookie dough recipe using cottage cheese and coconut flour. As you can see the flour didn’t clump and blended smoothly into the liquid. And it is organic and free of chemicals. I’m definitely going to continue to use this brand.

Anthony's products are always great. The organic coconut flour is light and fluffy and works well in baking recipes.
