**Q: Does the beak stay I the position as pictured or does it flop open wide and stay that way?**
A: I am not sure I understand your question. The beak sits on face exactly as pictured. The child can open the beak and put them in r hand in it but it stays in position.

A: Hi there, Big Bird comes with plastic eyes.

**Q: Machine washable?**
A: Tag says hand washable -cold - so i intend on putting it in a pillowcase, cold water and gentle cycle in my machine.
