**Q: Do you happen to have smaller nose pieces for tiny noses? The nose piece we have is a little too large :(**

Thank you for the question.
We only manufacture one size of the nose tip.
On the other hand, you can use the aspirator perfectly without inserting the nose tip into the nose of the child. It is just as effective if you just cover the nose hole with the tip.
