These flip flops give a reasonable arch support and are very well cushioned so instantly relieve strain through the legs. They seem well made, but time will tell.Sizing - I usually wear a UK 9, occasionally 10 in some makes. I ordered these in a UK9 and they were too big. The UK size 8 fit perfectly. It may have been a one off, but beware. They were sold with a free returns and the return and drop off service is very easy.
