Wilton Silver and Gold Sprinkles Dessert Decorating Set, 8-Piece

I bought this because I needed gold sanding sugar for some cake-pops I was making. The gold in this was exactly what i was looking for in regards to sanding sugar. I needed them ASAP and this was the only product I could find that fit the color I needed and that could be delivered quickly. I think there was a version of just their sanding sugar available but it would've taken too long to get in time. It feels like a true deep gold color not yellow like some other sanding sugars out there.I did run out I made about 18 cake pops and ran out after about 10 cake pops so I probably should have bought another one, I didn't use the other sprinkles much felt like they were a bit hard and not really what I wanted to cover my cake pops with. Maybe I'll find a use for all the left over sprinkles, it is a lot if you're going to use all of them.

Absolutely my favorite set of sprinkles! There are eight small individual packages, and pretty good choice, you can find silver and golden stars, little pearls and confetti. Sweet, pleasant flavor and doesn't have chemical taste like some other sprinkles out there. I use them a lot for my cakes, cookies and cupcakes. Very nice productI highly recommend and will buy it again and again!

Purchased (1) pkg of the gold/silver/white sprinkles to decorate the bottom tier of our 2 tier anniversary cake . I’m so glad that I did, as I had purchased the wrong color of luster dust , my cake would have turned out too dark. I am a beginner baker and had never attempted to bake a layered tier cake , or, had worked with luster dust, edible glitter. I combined the bags together, covered all 4 layers and top of bottom tier cake. Not only did the sprinkles give my cake a classy, chic look that I was trying to achieve, once placed the on the cake ,they did not fall off, or, get soggy. Thank you Wilton for creating a product that’s effortless to use and adds that “awwwww” factor to your tasty baked treats!

They don't really have a flavor, but they don't taste bad. I'm not a fan of the packaging because after it's opened, you can't seal it back up. I'd recommend using snack sized zip lock bags to keep them after they've been opened. They are very good quality for the price and dazzled Christmas cookies.

Great price for all these sprinkles but Wilton needs to put them in resealable bags. Not many people would use up all the package at one time and it’s nearly impossible to leave the sprinkles in the bags in which they came. You’ll have to find a way to store them. That’s why I gave 4 stars. The colors are true to what you see. The stars are rather thick, so you won’t want to use a lot on a serving or someone would be doing a lot of crunching. They lend a little sweet flavor. Not off-putting like some sprinkles. I’m pleased with this variety.

The stars and discs are a nice size for decorating chocolate bark, cakes, cookies, etc. They taste fresh and delicious. The gold and silver crystals will add a sparkle to any dessert. I'm a bit disappointed that these are not packaged in resealable pouches but they pour out easily enough from the cellophane type pouch if you just cut off a corner.Update, I've had these for several months now and kept the packages sealed tightly. The sprinkles and stars still taste fresh, have held their color, and look great on my confections.

I’ve only used the little white pearls so far so I my opinion is based on the one I tried, but this seems very good quality and my costumers liked the flavor. The stars seem kinda big out you want to use it in strawberries like me
