Shipping & Handling

Goods are shipped to our facility from the U.S, and Desertcart monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands.

We have a minimal flat shipping fee on all orders. If you are a desertcart plus member, you get free worldwide shipping on all orders! We also offer free shipping if your order is over a certain amount. Free shipping thresholds vary by your country. Please see our FAQ for more details.
You may view all updates to your order status as well as your package’s location at any time from your account page. For any further assistance on your order status, you can contact Desertcart support at any time.
Some of our items have an "Expedited Delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart.
Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely information on stock and availability, it may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed.
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
Handling and Delivery
All our goods are inspected at the customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.
Desertcart may cancel any order for a full refund if any of the items in an order are prohibited by your country's customs.
While we try to filter only allowed items, we may on occassion have products appear on the search page that are prohibited in your country. Please see our FAQ page for a full list of items that are prohibited by customs in your country.
