GladZipper Food Storage and Freezer 2 in 1 Plastic Bags - Quart - 46 Count

I bought these specifically for Sous Vide.PROS -- These are great zip lock bags to use for sous vide.- They are freezer size bags, so a majority of items will fit in here without a problem.- I find these bags very durable for Sous Vide.CONS -- It is a freezer/quart size bag, so if you happen to have anything bigger than that, you're out of luck. So order accordingly!- One time my sous vide stick burned somehow singed a hole into the bag - that was weird, maybe I put it too close to my Anova stick, but that was the only time I experienced a whole going through the bag.

I cant vouch for the bags intended advertised use as a freezer bag, but they seem to hold up very well for regular storage use with a variety of items. I have yet to have a seal fail, but I use them well within reason at all times and "double bag" whenever a questionable application should arise. At the price I purchased them for, I was essentially getting a free box when compared to regular individual retail price, so an extra bag or two here and there shouldnt break the bank! This is my second purchase of this particular item and I will gladly make it a third when I finally run out.

I wasn't sure at first what to think about these being freezer and storage bags. I've been using these for a while now and they are durable bags. The zippers work just fine and I feel confident using them in the freezer. I think they are thinker and more durable than other bags of this variety. I like only having to have one box on the shelf instead of separate storage and freezer bags. I also purchased and use the gallon size as well. These are a good buy and I will be purchasing these again.

These are still made strong and leak proof. Good value when purchased in qty. We use for both Ref and Freezer. Great for marinating a whole chicken or rib sections. Zip seal is tight and bag is thick enough not to rip when tugged open.

This is the first I tried the 2-in-zipper bags. I usually buy both the freezer and storage bags. So far, they have worked great. One less box to keep in the drawer. The price on Amazon was a lot cheaper than what you pay in the store. Definitely will purchase these again.

Needed quart size baggies for a trip but they’re always handy to have around the house. I like this brand. I’ve never had issues with leakage when using GLAD baggies. Not much else to say...it’s a good quality baggie. Thicker than the cheapos you get at Walmart.

I'd been having trouble finding this in my local big-box store so was very glad to see on Amazon. I prefer Glad to other zip storage bags because I have NEVER had a Glad bag unzip on me, rip or tear. They are strong and work beautifully. These are a combo freezer and storage bag and I was skeptical that it would be strong like the freezer bags are - but it is. Good combo.

I use these to store my food, protect my cell phone from salt water, and as an ice pack. They seal easily and stay sealed. They do not leak. They do jot puncture or tear easily. I will be repurchasing them in the future!

Love glad bags,used to use them all the time I lived in the USA and also the UAE very strong and reusable if we'll washed and dried properly, can be reused several times. The only thing I would say they are rather prices compared to what I paid in both other countries
