This keeps the hot water hot for several hours. I filled it with hot water at 7:00 p.m. and the next morning by 10:00 a.m. the water was not hot but was very warm. This is a great quality product I recommend

I recently bought an electric kettle and needed a thermal carafe. This did the trick. Keeps the water hot for hours, I like the color and it wasn’t that expensive. I’d buy this again in a heartbeat.

I got this to brew a pot of coffee to keep at my desk. I love it. It has kept my coffee warm/hot for over 24 hours before. I take my coffee VERY seriously and this product meets and exceeds my expectations. Could not recommend this any more. It is amazing, I LOVE THIS carafe/thermos!

The reviews were good for this carafe, but the product will not hold heat. All hot fluids; coffee, tea, or soup goes cold within the hour. I even put boiled water into the carafe first to preheat the carafe, drained it, then poured in the fluids, but the contents were cold within the hour. Very disappointed with this product. My last carafe broke after 30 years and I hoped this would replace it, I was wrong.

This is a decent thermos, but don't believe the claims about how long it keeps liquids hot. I make a pot of coffee in the morning, and it's room temperature after 6 hours -- because I drink it thru the morning. If you fill it and leave it for a few hours, yes, it will stay piping hot. That's fine if you're having people over and need to make the coffee in advance. But if you drink it thru the day, by the time you get to the last 2 cups, you'll have to reheat them in the microwave. Otherwise, it's easy to use, no leaks after a month, comfortable to hold. Seems like every thermos makes outrageous claims about how long it will keep beverages hot, but once you let air get in, a hot beverage will cool. That's plain, simple physics. I would have rated it higher if the company had tempered their claims with reality.

I brew coffee in the morning and pour the fresh brew into this thermos. This thermos holds an entire full pot of coffee.Then, I have to make a few cups of decaf coffee for my husband.I considered buying a second smaller coffee maker for his decaf coffee, but instead of having to find additional counter space and electrical outlets, I decided on the thermos.This turned out to be an ingenious choice. It can go anywhere, hold a full pot of coffee and keeps it hot for hours.It is so attractive also.
