This plate has lasted longest for us
My family has this plate in all three colors. We've had the pink one longest, about 4 years, and it is showing its age - a bit warped, beaten up, and stained. This plate has EARNED it though - it gets tossed in the dishwasher at least once a day and has been my oldest child's favorite plate since she started eating more than one solid food at a time. These plates and utensils are durable and still usable even though my oldest child is in kindergarten - her friends love them, too, and a debate usually ensues over who gets which color at dinner time.Skip Hop is awesome because they offer replacement utensils and divided inserts. If you want to just wipe down the colored part and use a different insert or utensils each time, you can order extra. Or, if you are like us and accidentally throw away a part of it in a mass of paper towels after wiping down a food-covered toddler, you can easily order replacements at a less-than-exorbitant price.I highly recommend these. Durable, replacement parts, kid-loved. Great.

good item, but not for use w/ Inglesina Fast Chair
I purchased this plate because the pictures showed that it fit within the Inglesina Fast chair. However, it does not even come close to fitting in between the arms of the chair. The only way it would fit is if the fork & spoon were not there and even then, the plate is thick so the chair arms would be very uneven. The quality of the plate is good and the idea is great. I'm sure that I'll be able to use it later when my baby outgrows the Inglesina fast chair. It just did not work for what I initially bought it for.

Toddler perfect
The mat acts as a placemat and gives enough weight that kids donβt dump it out. We use these in our childcare center and I wish they were still available to buy more.

The pink plate can be pushed and the kid didn't like the spoon or fork
This plate only really works if your child is not a ninja or an octopus. The pink plate can be pushed and the kid didn't like the spoon or fork. Maybe a good idea for the seafaring family but not for us land folk.

baby plate
I am happy with it. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't fit in the tray on my fisher price high chair. Other than that, it is a great product with safe materials and fun designs.

At first I thought this was perfect. Then my daughter went HULK during dinner and quickly proved to me that "stay-put mats and plates" only work in the wild minds of desperate parents. So I said whatever, let her have the real thing- I gave my daughter a regular metal spoon, fork and ceramic plate and cup... told her these were precious, special items, waved my fingers over it, petted it gently and then let it sit on her place mat 24/7. That's what stopped food, silverware and plates from being tossed. She is 11 months, could easily get the tray off the table and the plate came out after mere seconds. Don't spend the money parents- its another parent trap.

My granddaughter liked this a lot!
My granddaughter began playing with this as soon as we opened the box. She liked takin the fork and spoon off the plate and putting them back on.

Great plate
My granddaughter loves it. She likes keeping track of her silverware on the sides and reattaches them after most bites!

Too wide
I like that it stays put but it is quite wide and it doesn't fit between the handles of a high chair that attaches to the table (the travelling kind).I ended up using is sideways because otherwise the plate would have been out of reach for my little one(if I were to put it at the end of the handles) but this way she can reach only one cutlery so it's either the fork or the spoon... I wished it would have been just 1 cam smaller and it would have been perfect...It works well with regular high chairs that have an unlimited open space for the plates. It is indeed one of the plates that the kids can't pick up easily from the table and throw it on the floor(I have tried some brand name suction cups plates and they would fly off the table within 3 sec :-))

Good choice!
This is the second one I buy! Sticks well onto the table, ustensiles are small and easy to use for kids, easy to store and it piles up easily
