Case Closed #3: Haunting at the Hotel

These series of books are AMAZING!!! I have a very picky kiddo who is really not into reading unfortunately, but these books are engaging and unique. I love how they allow the kids to pick their own adventure and encourage reading via gamification. So glad I found these series to encourage some much needed reading!!!

This book is fun, because it engages the kids to make choices and it has suspense. It takes place in a snowy lodge so would be great for a winter read aloud. My only complaint is that the end could have been explained a little more.

My 11 year daughter LOVES these books, you get to pick the path as you read.She is now on to the 3rd Book in the Series. If she's happy reading then Im a happy father.

My kids (9 and 10 years old) love this series and are begging for more. Font size is right for 3rd-5th grade (ie not super small, but it’s definitely a step up from easy 2nd and 3rd grade chapter books.

Gave this to my 10 year old niece. She already read the first 2. Loved it

Our 8 yr old daughter loves these series! She has re-read it several times to find different solutions to the story. Highly recommend!

Ok my daughter is 10 and enjoyed the other Case Closed books except this one. It got a little creepy with ghosts, masks, etc. So she stopped reading it because it bothered her too much. Bummer because the others were good. So just a bit of caution for parents out there.
