I have had long thick very healthy, chemically highlighted hair my whole life. About 4 years ago I started to dye it to a brighter blonde. After 2 years of doing this my hair was ruined. I went back to my original salon and my girl said she wouldn’t color it until I let her cut it. I hadn’t cut my hair in YEARS! But I had to agree as my hair could barely even withstand a hair tie without breaking! I got it cut on (yes, I traumatically remember the date) Sept 21st 2016. I have continued to highlight my hair, but I have a very educated stylist so I trust her chemicals & ability to highlight me without ruining my hair. However, because my hair was still so destroyed, it would grow but then break. Grow & break, grow & break. (Side note: my hair -her and I measured over a course of time- grows on average 2 inches/month). Well, my hair had been the same length since Sept 2016 and I have not touched it! I just miss having my long hair for styling purposes. This product was recommended to me by my stylist actually. I have ALWAYS been skeptical of “hair aid” vitamins but at that point I -literally- had nothing to lose but hair. I have been taking this product every day as recommended for 25 days and my hair has grown... drum roll please... AN INCH & A HALF!!!! *que symphony* AND HASNT BROKEN! Ive waited over a year for my hair to start growing & 25 days in and here we are. I sound like one of those infomercials but I’m not getting paid for this review, nor do I have any association to this company what so ever. Just a very satisfied customer, sharing my results!

My hair is thinning so I tried this because of reviews; later to find out they send extra bottles to get you to review 🤔 well the product hurts my stomach badly. My hair is falling out. I used for 2 weeks. My other hair supplement from Amazon worked much better hair didn’t fallout got thicker and NO STOMACH ACHE.I used Doctors Best hair and nails got better results no hair falling out or stomach discomfort.

Pretty much standard for a vitamin for hair. No amazing accelerated hair growth or re-growing hair along hair line. My hair is pretty healthy to begin with so I did not see any big change's in the appearance or condition of my hair. I have tried a ton of hair supplements where people are making comments and leaving reviews touting hair supplements to make there hair grow like Rapunzel in the course of a month. I have come to the conclusion sadly that nothing changes the rate of your hair growth and you can use supplements to give your body the nutrients and vitamins it needs, but beyond that don't expect major changes to your hair. My favorite hair supplements that I have ever tried is Viviscal but their hair supplements are very costly and difficult for me to afford every month.

Firstly, I don't do many reviews but on this I had to because these are absolutely the best vitamins I've taken for my hair. I actually noticed a difference about three weeks after taking them. The texture of my hair has changed and it feels so good! I can't keep my hands out of my own hair. My hair takes such a long time to grow , but since taking these I've even noticed some growth. Let me tell you I'm stoked about these and I do recommend them! Don't take for a week and think oh it's not doing anything..trust me it's working continue to take them. You'll be glad you did!!

I am so impressed with the Growth & Shine vitamins. I have been taking these for 2 months now. I have very thin hair, especially on my right side near my face. I recently got hair extensions to hide my "very thin" spots. A few weeks ago, when I was doing the hair extensions maintenance (removed/put back in), I noticed my hair growth, especially on my right side. I came very close to not having the extensions put back in, however thought I'd keep them in for another 3 months. After this 3 months, I plan to take out the hair extensions and go with my own hair.. which I'm beginning to love again. It's healthy, growing now even on the sides, and is looking so much better! I plan to continue using this product. Thank you Schwartz, for saving my hair :-)

This stuff is a miracle. I'm on my 6th bottle. My nails have never been so long or strong. I freely admit I may have become just a bit obsessed with nail polish, nail stickers, stamping and anything to make nails pretty. All my nails are longer than the tips I used to get. It's insane!(to me.anyway!) Edit: Added pic. Yes! All natural nails!!! And I like to play with different styles. Hence the hot pink and white French tip style. ;) And not gel either. Regular polish!!My hair.. I torture my hair. I've dyed it red since high school. I'm 45 now. 2 yrs ago I went hot pink. Then puple. Even though my hair was thinning due to thyroid issues. I picked up one of the other hair growth products, nothing. Another, nothing. Then this one, with my nails.growing quickly. I had to go and get my hair dyed a month ago. My hairdresser flipped! She couldn't see my scalp through my hair anymore. She showed me that I had new growth. 4-6 inches all over my head. I dyed my hair blue and pink. Why be normal? So, not stopping on this one. Love it, love my nails, love my hair. And no, this is MY review. Not theirs or requested by them. But my own experience. ;)

I had noticed that my ponytail was getting thinner and when I washed my hair a lot came out.I started taking this biotin formula and 2 weeks later went to the hairdresser. I mentioned I started biotin and he said I had a lot of new growth. A month later my hair was two inches longer. I'm impressed with how quick my hair grew taking this.Picture on right- day I got hair cut. Left o e month later.

I love this. My hair had grown about an inch in the past month that I've been taking them.
