gravely disappointed
looked nothing like the picture. looking at the picture you think I receive a different plant; looked more like a shrub and not a bonsai. it will take quite a bit of work to shape so that I would HAVE ANYTHING LOOKING LIKE A BONSAI WOULD PROBABLY NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU WOULD HAVE SECOND THOUGHTS BEFOORE BUYING FROM THIS SUPPLIER.

Not pruned, pretty hideous pot
My little "tree" arrived today. As others have said, the pot is lousy - and cheap looking, yellow with a grapes & leaf on the front. What grapes have to do with this type of bonsai "tree", I don't know, but it makes the whole thing look tawdry.I keep putting "tree" in quotes because it looks more like some kind of herb. None of the bottom spindly little branches have been removed, nor does it resemble the picture in the slightest. Oh, and it came with zero instructions on care.On the plus side, most of the leaves are intact and look healthy. There was a nice little thank you note, but I would have preferred to receive what their Amazon page offered - a nice little bonsai tree, one that didn't deserve quote marks.

Not a well draining pot
The pot was pretty - but not as pictured. It didn't seem to drain so I transplanted the tree. The plant is doing well.

It was a nice Bonsai
I've bought a bonsai from this company before and was very impressed with the first one. This one is nice, but a little bit leggy from what I was expecting....I've shaped it, but still not quite as nice as the first. I am still satisfied with the quality, but just wish it looked more like the pic.But again, for the price, it was a good purchase and I would highly recommend this company for your Bonsai needs.

Exactly as pictured! REAL BONSAI FOR REALLY LOW PRICES
This beautiful little bonsai tree arrived today, (with a 2nd tree), and it looks exactly like the picture in the advertisement. No surprises here. I have used this seller before and they are most gracious and they don't stop until you are completely satisfied. They sell REAL BONSAI TREES and they are beautifully shapped. Exceptionally low prices for really great merchandise. These are the best sellers I have found on the internet! You will not be disappointed if you trust these fellows to send you quality merchandise that you will be happy with for years to come! I will definately buy from these folks again, AND AGAIN!

Disappointed
well the tree I received was about two feet tall, and came with a white glazed pot with butterflies and leaves imprinted on it. obviously that's not what I wanted. With a lot of trimming its kinda looks like the picture but not really, wouldn't recommend,
